This is strictly my personal experience. I only went with the approval process as it is endorsed by BestBuy but there were red flags all along the way. First off, the application process is extremely simple so likely, you will be approved. This is NOT a good thing as it is a client-grab scheme regardless of your financial status. Second, their website has zero contact options, no details, and it has the least possible amount of information they can legally give you. Last, and sadly for a reputable company like BestBuy to use them, was the checkout. They tell you sure

it's sad that I cant put ZERO just because 1 is just too much for such a bad service. these people are scammers but in a professional way!!! we were told we have 2 years free of interest to pay the loan but guess what at the 12 month we got a call during week before Christmas that there will be interest fee of 31% so we said ok we will pay the full amount but we were one week late just because it was that time of the year especially now with corvid!!! but paying it was useless cause we still got charged 31% interest and all in one shot. we called customer service to get help and we got zero help and the agents un respectful at all and with bad attitude!!!! don't deal with these robbers!!!

Fairstone are scam artists. Long story short, have excellent credit and a net worth- chose to purchase a couch with a fairstone credit card at Ashley because I was told that it was interest free for 24 months. I paid it off in 15 months. The last bill I got said I have 500$ owing, I paid it, and the next bill I got said I owed 1400$ in “back interest”. The couch was 3500$ originally..I called and they wouldn’t help me. Said I owed the money because my payment came “6 days after the 15 month mark”. I wrote a letter to head office and sent photocopies of the documents provided to me at the Ashley home store which clearly stated 24 months to repay the loan. They refused to respond and instead sold the debt to a credit collector who is now reporting against my credit and bringing down my credit score. When I spoke to the collections agency on the phone they straight up acknowledged “looks like fairstone scammed you”. Now that I read other reviews it appears I was not the only one scammed by this outfit the exact same way as other people. I think the good reviews are bots because it’s clear this outfit is a scammers wet dream. I am in the process of filing a consumer report to the ministry re: this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Aaron the branch manager should not be in that role. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with is 30 years of doing banking. He has no empathy for those in need the most and does not consider others. he is condescending not to mention ignorant, I was trying to help out a family member who is very ill and get her finances in order and he simply added more stress and unnecessary work. I am not happy at all with his service

Very good customer service. Kelly Matte she took her time to take care of me and my finical need. i would strongly recommend kelly to my family and friends. i weed not have second though's about using her again.
