Karmelle was quite rude to deal with on numerous occasions. It was very difficult to get any sort of documentation from her. After the sale of our house went through it took weeks to get our payout which we had to request on multiple occasions. She basically disappeared after she was paid. Do not use this lawyer.

Karmelle is a helpful, knowledgeable lawyer who we've used multiple times now. No issues and completed everything we needed on time. Would recommend to anyone

Absouletly Awful. She starts out as if she reallly cares and has compassion for her clients but does not follow through with anything. Its almost been a year now since trying to get my divorce done through her and after regular requests on where she was at with my stuff and when we were meeting i finally found a new lawyer. She a very good excuse maker/ her life has been shambles / lots going on.. the list goes on and onShe has no time management and unless you are ready to pay someone to babysit her in getting things done its not worth your time.There are many other lawyers in cochrane that will be sure to get your requests done in a timely/ appropriate manner

I had a terrible experience with Karmelle. Her several errors in filing our straight forward divorce resulted in huge undesired life changes (ei. my Visa running out and having to return to Canada, when the whole point of hiring her was so I didnt have to leave my home in Australia). On top of this, I felt an attitude with nearly every interaction, which were rare as taking 5 weeks to get back to you is pretty standard.Save for yourself the stress and dont skimp on the price of the lawyer.

They're local to Cochrane plus I've never encountered an issue on closing day when they've represented my clients. I've also used Karmelle for a number of my own personal real estate transactions, again with no issues.

Paid Karmelle her fee upfront as arranged. After that Karmelle was out the window.My bank requested a purchase order for my condo, Karmelle never replied to their request via email or phone so I sorted out the issues with my bank on my own.I have requested my documents 3x via email with no reply.I will need these in the future for legal, tax, bank or real estate purposes.What a shame seemed like a responsive and nice woman now she won't return my emails. Not sure what's up ??
