Scotiabank

This branch has to have the worst service of any Scotia bank. Won't return calls, won't return emails, don't do the services they say they will do. Zero contact from them.

Not good customer serviceWe have 15 minutes to close our bank.Guys my all family just holding Scotia accounts for business and work. I have a emergency for account and they said we are closed now. You are losing big customerNo more account with this bank..Hire new staff and fired lazy guys.Bye bye

2 East Indian lady's working the counters and 5 empty stalls ... Can't understand a word they say, and get attitude from them cause I can't understand them.. I wish I could get hired in India speaking half a language!

Never use this bank again very very very pooooooooorrrrr customer service they renew our mortgage with out any notice..we move to different bank and we were told to pay more than 3k for breaking the contract..

Cannot complete the simplest transactions that takes normally 1-2 weeks. It is currently 10 weeks and they still don't know what are requirements to remove their own name off titles from ISC. Holding up property sales and pushing away potential buyers is not good for any business. My mortgage broker stopped giving them business along time ago. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. No call backs and always either on holidays or sick for a week from advisors!

Absolutely the worst service. Nansir, did not help at all. don't bother making an appointment with him, he could care less about customers, their needs and helping them. I'm in the process of moving all my money from Scotiabank to another bank because the service is terrible, and I've been with this branch for over 30 years.

Awful customer service from front staff. My monthly fees came out on august 9th and aug 19 I said I wanted to close account. I was told I will be charged $3.95 and I thought that was ridiculous. How can you charge someone for closing account. So I complained and she said “you are lucky you don’t have to pay 16.95” well of course I don’t have to I don’t have the plan that costs that. The employee is not knowledgable in closing accounts. In order to close account you at any financial institution you must credit the clients account for the amount of their plan in order to balance the account and close it. She gave me an attitude and told me all banks work like this when I work in a financial institution like that. Please don’t allow the CSR’s at this branch take advantage of you due to lack of knowledge. I will never open any products with Scotia going forward. However, the office staff and greeter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I will never use this company again! I had a mortgage with them and they were decent until it came time to renew I went in and specifically asked about being able to port my mortgage from one property to another as I knew I would be selling this year and moving. They explained it was a really simple process of moving the paperwork and all I had to do was pay the difference. Well less then a year later they gave me the runaround and pretty much made it so I had to live on the street along with forcing me to pay out my mortgage and then charging me $13,000 early termination fee. They will lie straight to your face and fight you on every corner! Stay away!

If you have tangerine, they really do you dirty. They say you need to use the atm's in the entry way, But if you have rolled coins, you are stuck with them. Can't deposit In any way... and they treat you like dog water. They point and say you can use the atm's in the entry way" and don't say a word after... Like bruh."
