TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Most dirtiest nasty is bank I've ever been in. I would be ashamed to be the manager of this branch. Every machine is dirty every interact machine is dirty. The place looks like it's never clean.

4/28/2021 at around 10am, went here to do a exchange and wire transfer. First younger lady to help us was not as helpful as we have had in the past. We were trying to compare rates to see if we wanted to wire funds from the bank. The lady stated the current rate was 1.228cad to 1 usd. She gave us the form to fill out and told us to go sit down to fill it out so she could help other customers. We filled the form out and stood on the side thinking she would help us again but no she never said anything to us. So we stood in line again for another lady to help and this new person was actually very kind and polite and also patient unlike the last. Ultimately we decided not to exchange and do a wire since the rate we were told was now 1.257. I understand rates change every few minutes but seriously 3 cents? I think the lady that first helped us told us the wrong rate giving us the impression it might stay around that or be slightly higher, there is no way that the rate jumped 3 cents in 35 minutes.The reason for this 1 star review is because of the first lady's attitude, she wasn't very polite and actually was a bit rude as if she didn't care or didn't want to help us. The other problem is that we stood on the side thinking she would help us after filling the form out but never said a word so we had to stand back in line. Maybe today she wasn't having a good day but thank you for wasting over an hour of our time because you decided to not give us the correct rate you would exchange at before wasting all of our time getting the information together to wire funds. Oh and yes you gave us the disclaimer that rates change every few minutes, I'd like to see where it was actually 1.228 when you told us because a 3 cent change is highly unlikely.

Quick and easy. Great there are no ATM fees.

Tellers are super slow. They love to spend hours with single customer whenever they find a chance.

Tellers very easily distracted by one another, and do not know how to properly do the simplest of tasks, like establishing a bank account. Twice now I've had to go in for issues because they put the wrong name on my account! Twice!

Very happy with the customer service at this branch. I set up an appointment to go over investment options and couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Lucas for me. He further advised me of options through a TD Wealth manager that I have been exploring ever since my first appointment.Good work Lucas, you are a wonderful representative of TD Canada Trust!

The worst bank. There’s often a line up that takes forever to get through because the service is slow and sub-par. I’ve been in multiple times and shown my ID on various occasions but every time they still insist I need 2 pieces to verify my identity. Don’t they keep information like that on file somewhere? I also asked for a card to be mailed between branches and it’s taken over a month to arrive . I still have not received it. Very frustrating.

Worst TD branch ever. Worst of the worst. Always short staff, long wait and horrible service.

Friendly and helpful staff. But the service is incredibly slow. Painful. Recommend staying away from this branch unless you have a lot of free time.

I would rather walk into Walmart.. terrible management. Service is zero. No one cares about small talk when people have things to do, standing in line for so long just to hear the tellers have small talk with customers, never business related.. staff should know that they are not social workers. TD is going down hill, go somewhere else
