Rinaldi's was the perfect salon to host my bridesmaids, mom, and I for our hair and makeup for my wedding. Anthony was incredibly professional and organized while planning the timeline. He considered all my fine details, and worked with our schedule and needs. The entire staff made us feel like the place was booked just for us. Everyone was so positive and happy for us which created the perfect atmosphere for us to get ready in. They served us breakfast and champagne that we had brought which assured we didn't forget to eat. Our makeup was done professionally, yet naturally - it looked great in photos, but we still felt ourselves. I was really concerned about having my hair what I envisioned and Maria absolutely perfected it. She, as well as the other staff who did my bridesmaids hair, go above and beyond to know your hair types and styles to be sure we each feel confident in our look. I can't thank Maria enough for all her time, energy, and effort that went in to making me feel confident and beautiful as I left the salon. All of our hair lasted the entire day and it was nearly 40 degrees that day. Rinaldi's top priority are their clients and it doesn't go unnoticed. Would recommend anyone getting their hair and makeup done at this beautiful location!

I've gone to Rinaldi a handful of times for my own hair and Jenn was amazing. She made me comfortable and understood what I asked for, and took her time to make sure I was in love with my hair, sad to see her leave but wishing her the best. Though, this review is about Mary-Anne. I brought my daughter (5) to Rinaldi and Mary-Anne was the wonderful amazing person taking care of her. I was anticipating a nightmare from the start since my daughter does not enjoy washing her hair, but Mary-Anne took her time, answered my daughters questions and showed her what she was using and what it was going to do. She was beyond amazing and so fantastic that we had to book with her again, and I think this will be the only salon and only Hairstylist me or my daughter will be seeing!

Love this place!!! Great service, great staff and great atmosphere. I've been getting my hair done at Rinaldi's for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Maria and her team are all very attentive to their clients. I always feel valued when I get my hair done here. I’ve been a client here for many years and have moved from Barrie but still make the drive. Thank you for being a great salon!

What an experience!! From the minute you walk in the door the vibe is great . They are a professional team with a great attitude I could have stayed all day ! I left my styling in the hands of LINDSAY and it did not disappoint me . I left there on cloud nine so happy with the outcome . Apparently my new style has shaved 10 years off me . I absolutely love Rinaldi, the ambiance and the staff are amazing. I especially enjoy seeing Jesse who works in the beautiful spa, I’ve never gotten so many compliments before on my eyebrows until she did them. Jesse is not just an esthetician, she’s next level. She not only waxed my eye brows, she also tints my brows and matches them perfectly to my hair colour. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s also very talented and so quick at doing Brazilians. I love seeing Jesse, she will get you laughing in seconds and makes the ambiance so much more fun and relaxing. She’s incredible

Unfortunately the worst haircut I ever had. I have short hair and my stylist had no idea how to cut it. I see many great reviews and that's why I went there. They washed my hair before I even met the stylest so she had no idea how I wore it. My bangs looked like they used a chain saw. I get it that it can take a few visits to get to know someone but at $70 for a cut I'd expect at least something reasonable, this was terrible. Uneven, way too short.

I would highly, without a doubt, recommend Salon Rinaldi to any & everyone. The entire staff is highly professional, understanding of the customer’s needs & wants. They go above & beyond to provide exceptional service. Jen listens to every concern I have with my hair & I mean every detail. She has given me the best colour service & the most flattering hair cuts every time I visit. I will not go anywhere else again. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience every time.
