Apex Adventure Plex Kamloops

Kids had a blast. We went there for a birthday party... So I'm too sure on prices. Amazingly I was able to keep an one on all 4 kids pretty reasonably. However when we showed up it was a gong show trying to get the birthday parties and single people just coming in organized. The front was a disaster trying to figure out where to go, what line to wait in and how was actually inline. The staff seemed just as unorganized during this time. About 20mins of that and things calmed down it was good. Only huge downfalls in the bathrooms are by the front door. During the chaos at the front it was hard to get to the washrooms. During the winter we are walking on the wet floor in socks to go to the washroom. I wish there were more washrooms to make it easier to take the kids.

It was a great stop on our trip. Facility was clean, most staff were kind and polite. The bathrooms were acceptable for cleanliness, but I know staying may have played a part in that.Kids had a blast, we had a blast. My fitbit registered 400+cal burned during us playing with the kids and bouncing around.We will be back when we are in the area

Had my daughters birthday party here with her friends and they had a blast. The staff was great, special thanks to zayed who kept checking in on the group and made the experience even more fun!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday and we had an excellent reception and attention from the staff, especially Zeyad who was very friendly and very efficient.

Kalp was very helpful with our grand daughter and got an ice pack for her right away when she hurt her ankle. It was minor and she was back enjoying all the fun stuff within 10 minutes. Our 13 year old grandson enjoyed himself as well. This is a wonderful place for kids of all ages to burn off energy and meet other kids

Had a birthday party for 8 kids. They had a blast and the staff were so helpful and polite! Armaan was especially helpful and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Beyond impressed with Apex. The staff was super friendly and did a great job to ensure everyone’s safety. The facility was clean and not over crowded. I loved how they played Disney movie for the toddler hour. I would give this place 20 out of 10.

Not worth what it costs. At $18.50 / hr + $2.70 for special socks you’d think there would be a capacity limit. It’s over crowded and it seems to be a chaotic free for all. You’ve given rules before you’re allowed to enter which don’t seem to be followed very well. . Honestly if I could have left early and gotten a refund I would have. Underwhelming & over priced.

My friend zeyad hooked me and my friends up with a nice discount. Even though he was off duty he came from the gym hooked us up and even played with us for a bit such was really nice. The thing I liked the best was that he took pictures of us, all without a single complaint.
