I recently had the pleasure of working with Water Heater Pro and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I had an issue with my water heater and Ben was incredibly helpful and efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a timely manner.Not only was Ben knowledgeable and professional, but the pricing was also very competitive compared to other companies I had looked into. I can not say enough about Water Heater Pro along with Darrel & Ben. These guys went above and beyond from the minute I called them. They walked me through what I likely needed for a replacement water heater in a very respectful and honest manner. I also had the best service at my place. The tank was installed quickly and without any issues. They cleaned up after themselves and instructed me on new tank. I had another issue that I thought was a sewer problem and Darrel investigated and discovered the problem. I would highly recommend these guys if you ever need a new water heater or anything else plumbing related. One of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. Very quick service after I decided to go with Water Heater Pro and competitive pricing.Jacob and Joey were on time and were done quickly. I had a small plumbing issue but Jacob returned the same day to fix the problem.

I had my water heater tank replaced today due to hot water problem, old and worn out. Darryl and his apprentice (sorry I forgot his name) did a good job, it was done within 2 hrs. Darryl even explained the blinking green light meant and to call asap even in the middle of the night or wee hour if there’s some issue with gas leak as this is an emergency. They were professional and efficient. If any of my friends or relatives need plumbing or water heater issue, will definitely recommend.

Ben responded very quickly when I requested pricing and was very helpful in answering all my questions.Darryl and Brandon came out the next day to install my new water tank. The service was top notch. The gentleman who came were very efficient. They explained about the water heater , and how Bradford water heater was the better choice of water heater because of the harness of water in Calgary.They also showed me after done installing water how to start water. As well explaining if problem with water heater what different flashing lights meant . As well to know how to care for water heater so that it last many years . Overall service was great .

I called several water heater installers in Calgary area to get quotes to replace my old water heater. Ben and his company, Water Heater Pro, was one of the companies that I called. Ben gave me a quote that was between 10% and 20% lower than all of the quotes that I have been getting for the same brand, size and model of heater. I am very pleased with the service that Ben and his company provided.
