No Frills is my first and only choice for grocery shopping. It has everything I need, and it does price matching, so there is no need to go store to store to get the best prices, a definite plus with gas prices so high.

It's one of the smallest No Frills I've been to. Therefore, they have limited products but they sell the best ice cream I've ever had in my life..Hewitts ice cream is the bomb
