stinky hallway and no exhaust fan, water are off few times every month, cocroaches all over kitchen and drawers with the spoons and plates,no matter how many times with treatments.

Worst management ever, if you want your stuff to be stolen from 3410 havenwood drive, mississauga ontario, make sure to rent in this building, also has rat problems in parking lot and KITCHEN, please stay away, no security in building, no cameras in elevator, hallways, lobby, there is one camera in lobby by the elevator, that also does not work its a dummy camera, peoples items get stolen from cars while parked outside. Building is not maintained at all, tree sap falling on cars destroying the paint of cars. Nothing in this building is good. Just stay away!!

Worst management eve. Been living here and all my complaints didnt take action. And their storage they’re renting $150/each. Isnt it supposed to be free for each tenant??? And now even if we ask a small favor from the super he doesnt agree on it specially on using storage. It doesnt eat a big space tho if they will let the tenant use the building storage. very disappointed for their management. Paying our rent on time and full but their management cant give good service to thwir tenants. The building also have a lot of insects. Cockroaches, flies, bedbugs. Which our beds are new and always checking on it. Plus they didnt spray pesticide last summer which they always do for the past 2 yrs. Hope this complaints will report to the higher office for Landlord and tenant board

Worst property management ever! My building was bought out by this company and they do no maintenance to the property. Our building was spotless with our past superintendents and now it's not like that. When the new super sweeps the floor he pushing the dirt to a corner then it is left there for days. The floor isn't as shiny as it should be and try to reach someone in the office it is impossible. They should be ashamed of themselves! No consideration for others!

Lived in their apartment for 6 years and they've always been great to deal with and fairly responsive. Yes, their buildings are old (thankfully the one I lived in looked like a heritage building) and you get what you pay for -- which is quite generous $$ considering the location.

I viewed an apartment which they promised to put on hold for me until Monday, which is when they wanted the agreement signed with all my documents in order. I had everything printed and my money orders ready by Wednesday. On Saturday I got an email saying “sorry, we gave that apartment to another person because he gave us his money first”. If they had told me they weren’t actually going to hold the apartment for me and that it was “first come first serve” policy, I would’ve had everything sorted in 2 hours and come back the same day. I’ve never been treated so less than human and now DONT have a place to live starting Oct. 1. Stunned at Janet’s forgetfulness, Bill’s lack of care and involvement, and Carmela’s greed. Horrible, horrible human beings.

I’m presently living in this building,My plumbing is backed up for days. I can’t shower or take a bath. The water from the kitchen goes in the tub. I have roaches , the radiator makes loud noises all day and night.They want me to shower and bath in a disgusting unit while I wait days for a plumbers.I’m an essential worker paying over $1500 per month for rent and I can’t have a bath in my own tub. After a long day of working with Toronto’s vulnerable population, I can’t even take a bath.The superintendent Robert is over worked, poor guy.The property manager needs training on customer service..

I would love to give details about what's wrong with this management company, but if I did, most of you would assume I'm overstating things. Yup, they are so bad, so sketchy, so non-responsive to tenants that the truth would seem like a satire of an evil landlord from a Simpson's sketch. Suffice it to say: if you find yourself considering a move into a Gowan-managed building, turn and walk away. There are plenty of places within a block of every Gowan building that is a better value for the rent, not nearly as sketchy, and is a lot more responsive to its tenants. In short, why settle for the lowest common denominator?

Horrible slumlords.Nothing ever fixed.Management allows unsanitary conditions.You will be pressured into moving or threatened with the possibility of eviction if you make too big a deal about anything.Building-wide Rent Strike has been organized and scheduled for March 1st.
