The staff are very welcoming and the location is clean. We ordered 2 of the Double Fat Cheese burgers, 1 Big Bag O' Fries, made one a meal with a drink, and also got Sweet Chili Heat wings. The time it took to make the food was long"

I read reviews before I walked in, the lowest first of course, so I decided to give it a first try and an honest review.First entry, nice playing music, clean and was immediately greeted by the back with a hello and welcome.I took a moment to review the board, ordered a fatburger, small fry small drink. Hubby ordered a king burger, medium fry, medium drink. You can order custom toppings which was a bonus. Pricing was a bit high but I figured it's an upscale fast food joint.They gave us a number and we sat. They had sports on two monitors. Table or booth options. Food came to the table within 5 minutes.Lots of food. The burgers are hand made and pressed. No processed meat or filler. It was lightly seasoned. Fries are hand pulled. Drinks were iced and cold. Food was piping hot and 3 napkins or more worth to eat.We were greeted at the table by an employee to check in on the food which was impressive. As well as she came back to clean up after we were done.As an HONEST review, this place is incredible. The food is amazing and we will be back as you can see by my photo of an empty plate ..lmao!!!They also have a breakfast menuAnd offer hand scooped ice cream shakes in a multitude of flavoursEdit: second day dining in. Ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich and poutine. Chicken was HUGE, real breastfed meat not processed. Poutine, I expected larger for price, the gravy is a 4 out of 5 because it needs more salt. I will assume it's a vegan gravy but not beef stock gravy like potine should have. Overall knocked it out of the park again!!

Fatburger in Airdrie is excellent! Pretty much a perfect Cheeseburger. They make sure to cook it so the meat is a little crispy on the outside, cooked through with a juicy centre. Most people (myself included) cannot make a burger this good at home. Fries are also on point - perfectly golden and crispy without being overcooked. The ingredients were clearly quality. The staff is super friendly, and the place is clean and looked after. I'll be back soon!

I don’t know how many times we’ve been to this Fatburger but every time we come the food has been great. This time around I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with plum sauce. They were delicious and plentiful. An order of 2 would have been great. We also ordered the fatburger with fries and a coffee. We order one fries as it is actually large enough for two people. The meal came hot and even the coffee was fresh and hot. The vegetables on the burgers were actually fresh and didn’t look like they were last weeks leftovers. Customer service was fabulous and the staff was very attentive. You do pay a little more than the other fast food places but you get what you pay for, and Fatburger is worth every penny.

Ordered their chicken sliders meal.Some of the onion rings were cold so I was unable to eat them.Chicken was hot BUT very dry so it needs more sauce than just the mayo that I ordered.Staff was very friendly and price is very reasonable.I think next time probably (if I come again) I would try their beef burgers OR the giant hot dog.

Wanted to try out this Fatburger since it recently opened. I ordered a double fat cheese, no pick, must, rel. Added bacon and pineapple. Onion rings and large coke. My wife got almost the same but no bacon or pineapple and we charged the rings she ordered a chocolate shake to drink. It took a bit to get delivered to our table but the staff were very attentive with us any everyone else. It was sort of medium busy. As you can see in the photos, it was a large burger esp with the added toppings. Not a cheap order ill tell you that. We were full once we were done...soooo full. Enjoy your visit.

First time visiting this place and did not disappoint! The food and service were great! Food is made to order, so even though it may take a bit longer to get the food to you, guaranteed it is hot and fresh! Fries is crispy, milk shake is tasty, and mini donuts are quite good! It's definitely a great choice for any meal time! They also serve breakfast too! Recommended!
