Can I give a zero? Walked into the store 5 minutes before close and told the store is now closed. Well 5:55 is not 6pm .If the store is closed the doors should be locked or the hours changed to 5:55.was looking forward to visiting a shoe store we do t have I. Our city. Just terrible. If you don’t want to provide customer service do t work in retail. They could have at least said just so you know we close in 5 minutes… I would have been happy with that encounter.

Love this store. Once a year they do a buy one get one half price Birkenstocks sale. Bought 6 pairs this past weekend. It's busy when they run a sale, but the staff are super helpful!! Also very impressed with how tidy the store was despite how busy it was!

Collection, good! Employee… pathetic!!! I went for shoes, flip flop, was trying the sizes. Out of nowhere, one employee (with many piercing) jumped in started asking us if she can put the flip flops at check out. I said keep it as it is as I have not decided on which one to finally buy. Then she asked us where is the white slipper that u wore a minute before, as it is not on shelf or else Come with me to check the cameras as you may walk outside of the door with it.. Then I show her where it was on the rack. Oh she didnt stop here. When we were looking for other stuff, she starred at us from the distance for whole time that was so rude of her. I wonder if that what customer service is. I would say you better have safety measures improvised, I hope you learn how treat customers. You directly put allegations on the customer, ohh god, I went there bare hands. But all in all, you have been poor at what you serve and how you talk to people.

Store was well laid out and had a decent but small selection of running shoes. I think the staff are friendly, but I took stars off because the woman I dealt with tried to tell me that “the higher in price you go, the more cushioning and support you’re going to get” which is just absurd. And even after I said I wasn’t looking to spend a lot, she was pulling shoes that were almost $200 and making weird comments about how “going with the cheaper ones means less support”. Dunno if I’d come back based on that interaction alone.

Well laid out with a big selection of footwear brands and styles in a warehouse decor. Prices are lower than most other stores or online. Only one box on display for each size so you're probably taking home a pair that have been tried on by several others. Be warned, check the soles before you buy. If, while trying them one, they accumulate any dirt tracked into the store by customers, you may be accused (as I was) of wearing them outside (I never did) if you need to exchange them within the 14-day return period. The clerk eventually accepted the exchange but not before she told me dont ever do it again". I can certainly do that if I don't buy there again."

Decent selection, lots of sizes, the Shoe Per Store has a ton of brand names and really good quality shoes. There weren’t a lot of sales when we went but prices were as expected. Go check out the Shoe Per Store if you’re looking for shoes, sandals or boots

All kinds of shoes can be found in this place. Today we were offered a concession of twenty dollars. For the purchase of a hundred dollars.

My first time browsing the store. Initial impression was that I would go there for a quality comfortable shoe or boot. I didnt buy anything because I was looking for somwthing more trendy and less than comfortable.
