Amazing customer service!! I needed a Comissioner of Oaths and they were able to help me within 24 hours. I highly recommend all that this store has to offer.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Debbie! Omg is she a blessing! I had to ship a package and she stayed late to help me, walked me through everything and was such a friendly and caring light! She made me feel so special and it meant so much that she took the time with me! She deserves a raise! Best customer service ever! Might I add my package was a DAY EARLY! I just really feel like she deserves a raise and also if you have a package to send just go here! Like they really care about you! She does for sure! She’s just amazing! Thank you Debbie!

I am so pleased to provide a review on the excellent service I received from Jodie, Debbie and Casey at the St. Albert UPS store. I have used this locally owned small business for expedited printing, binding, shredding and international parcel delivery and have always been very pleased at their level of personal service. I had recently shipped a parcel to Switzerland which was delayed by the receiving in country shipper but I was absolutely shocked to receive a call from Jodie advising that she had secured a refund given the delay and there was a cheque waiting for me at the store! She advised that she was able to do this as I take in a list of the contents and values of the items but I have the store do up the labels for shipping. This enabled Jodie to track the package, the delays and secure the refund. Apparently, Jodie tracks all the packages that are shipped locally from her franchise UPS office. Absolutely outstanding customer service and greatly appreciated Jodie !

The team at The UPS Store are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! I have been coming to this location for years and am always impressed with the high level of service. I have sent multiple international packages and the team always figures out the most (cost and time) efficient way to get the package to its destination.They also offer a wide range of services that are a favourite amongst local business owners including printing, signage, and marketing materials.Jodie, the owner, is also a Commissioner of Oaths, which makes formalizing documentation a breeze.
