I went to Elevate for shockwave therapy. I was dealing with an ankle tendon issue and had 2 half marathons coming up and was desperate to try anything to get me to race day. Jess and Randi were absolutely amazing, fixed me up and got me to both races in one piece. Can’t thank them or recommend them and shockwave therapy enough!

I live in Kelowna BC and come to Windsor to visit family. When I was here in November, I saw Jessica and she gave one of the very best deep tissue massages I have ever had! I am 71 so I have experienced quite a few RMT’s and Jessica gives one of the best if not the best massage ever. My aching muscles were so happy after. We are here for Christmas and I’ve just had another massage and will book with Jessica every time I’m here from Kelowna. Windsor people are very fortunate to be able to go to Elevate and to have Jessica! I told her she needs to move to Kelowna!! Brenda Barker

A truly wonderful experienceI have been a client of Elevate since 2019. I have attended other massage therapy clinics in the past. Since attending Elevate I have never had such a wonderful experience. The owner Jessica Paterson is so welcoming, kind and genuine. The practitioners are fantastic, there is a selection of treatments depending on what you need. It is such a welcoming environment, I feel relaxed and at peace when I arrive. Recently I have been seeing Tarah Fountain who specialises in facial stretching. Tarah is amazing! I am recovering from shoulder surgery and she has been assisting in my rehabilitation. I was shocked with the difference in the range of motion after a treatment with her. The admin staff Nicole and Sydney are fantastic, They have helped me with my insurance inquiries and any help I need with booking. Seriously for your well being this is the place to be. We spend money on material things but not ourselves. There is no better feeling than an amazing massage!

I have been seeing Jessica H. and she is so caring and careful while also giving a very serious and deep massage. I appreciate the time she takes to make sure I am comfortable and the way she make sure you are well covered by the blanket while she moves through the massage. It is hard to describe but I have never felt so cared for during a massage.

Really enjoyed my first massage here! I've already booked in for my second. The owner, Jessica, was awesome. Not only personable (and great conversationalist) but is fabulous with deep tissue massages. She integrated some cupping in there (which I also love). She always checked in to make sure it was too much pressure or not enough. Clean and cute place, with a ton of different services to offer. Will definitely be taking advantage of the accupuncture and FST services as well. And they give you your own Magent for your car to keep for parking :)

I had my first visit January 27th my first impression was the atmosphere!! It was so inviting so relaxing and spotless! I had massage therapy done by Tarah she is amazing! Tarah takes the time and listens to what you need worked on. My upper lower back and neck never felt better with any other massage therapist I’ve ever had and trust me I’ve gone to many! She is the first therapist that actually worked on the areas I needed most. When I walked in there I had a hard time bending over to put my boots and pants on, When Tarah was done with the massage I felt amazing ,I felt relaxed and was able to bend down without a problem! Loved my treatment I am going on a weekly basis. I was also able to use my coverage which is a huge bonus!! I will be making chiropractic appointment they have many different services in one place which is great. I definitely recommend elevate and Tarah!!

I had a massage with Jessica Davis today. She was so mindful of a recent injury. The pace and pressure were perfect. I could tell she cared about the experience. It was my first massage with her and I would 10/10 recommend!

Very nice set up, always go to Randi for massage and she’s helped my lower back paid and tight shoulders a ton. She can do Ashiatsu now too and I really find it helps the upper back area. Would 100% recommend!
