Victoria's Secret & PINK

I bought a bra few months ago and 2 girls were helping me, barely noticing my frustration about the size, supposedly they gave the only size that fits me. I bought it and I am not happy at all as the cup size too big. Bad customer service and sizing.

I had the BEST experience with Shantel. Customer service that seems long lost ~ She was so knowledgeable, helpful and spent time just getting me fitted into the right size. I walked in to return a bra, and I left with two new ones. Best service and care I’ve had in any store in a very long time. Thank you Shantel, you’re my GO TO lady now!

Was shopping in the store tonight and couldn’t find anyone to help me as I needed to find sizes . I heard an employee talking on their cell phone and seemed to be arguing with the person on the other end . I guess that was more important than customer service during business hours so I left and am taking my business else where, where I can get help on my products . I thought being a quiet night at the mall the staff would have more time with customers not yelling on the phone to whomever

This location is probably the best Victoria Secret/ Pink that I have been too. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly that I felt so loved when I was there. Before I even entered the store, an employee named Chantal came to greet me and tell me about the sales. She was so sweet and helped me with everything I needed. Once I got into Pink I was introduced to Jenny. She was the absolute sweetest person ever! She helped me find everything I needed and made my experience so much more pleasant! They also sold the cutest masks that were comfortable, easy to breathe in, and great material. They were worth every single penny! I hope to come back to this location soon because I loved it. I 100% recommend!

Poor management!I recently visited this location recently and won’t be back. While browsing, I came across three sweatshirts in the clearance section and proceeded to cash. I stood at cash for nearly 3-4 minutes until an associate noticed I was there. She collected my items and paused to go on her headset. She had asked “is the red line 50 or 60% off?” To whomever else was working. She looked at me and said the sweatshirts are full price, that the sale hasn’t started. I told her nicely that it wasn’t fair, it was the clearance/sale section and they should honour it. I asked for the manager that was the same if not worse than the associate. Very unprofessional. She proceeded to argue that it didn’t matter that they were marked, there was no sign above the rack because the sale is next week. The manager made ZERO effort to resolve the issue at store level, so I took it upon myself to contact head office. The least she could have done as a so called manager is offer one item at the discounted price for their mistake. This location needs proper training for their employees, especially management.

I went in to discuss a return for a sports bra as the zipper had broke. The two managers took amazing care of this situation. Last week, I was there for stocking stuffers and was also treated with so much kindness and offered great ideas for a tween. I truly left the store in both cases feeling great about my purchases and my body. Just a really nice job well done by that team.

I just want to thank Shantel from the Georgian Mall store for all of her help. She was amazing and so caring and took the time to help me find the right bra for me.She never rushed me and made sure that I was happy.Thank you so much from the bottom of my ❤️

I was in with my husband for a return (which means a long time spent browsing to replace) when I was approached to be helped. I could tell even before she mentioned it, that Tony was the manager. Tony was so helpful, funny and a pleasure to work with. She surprised me with tips on bra colour- did you know red works as a nude?! (true story, look it up)Trying on bras is never fun, and it's even worse when you're in with your partner who is collecting dust from being so bored. She took great care of us and has truly exceptional customer service skills!

I went there today and when I walked into the store with my partner none of the workers acknowledged us what so ever for the whole time we were in there which was about 10 minutes. I was looking around for someone to help me but all of the workers were standing in a circle having a non work related conversation, I did not even think they worked there at first because no one was working at all. I grabbed 2 items and went over to the VS side of the store to check out, and still, all of the workers were standing together having a conversation. At this point still no one even looked at my partner and I. We went to the cash and no one was there, I waited around looking for about 3 minutes then dropped my items on the counter and walked out. I walked right next door to Aerie and right away I was greeted and helped with amazing service and purchased from them instead. Embarrassing.

The salesperson, Irena, was amazing! She was very helpful and made good suggestions without making us feel pressured. She listened to us and we both came away with a great experience, happy about our purchases.
