Didn't even show up to the estimate appointment, no call, no rescheduling. Nothing, just didn't show. Waited around for nothing.

I request a quote for my basement last October 29, 2020. The guy asked for email address so he can send us the estimate amount and my wife give 2 emails to make sure but we didn't received any until 2 days later I phoned them and the Receptionists told me she checked first the computer or whatsoever and get back to me later but still nothing. Until 2 days later I phoned back and the receptionist asked again the same question and she can't help me because it's 5pm already and phone me back tomorrow but I checked my time it's 4:58pm..

Jamon was very patient and made great suggestions/recommendations. We immediately felt a connection with him and trusted his opinions. His staff were also very friendly, neat and caring. We uncovered some unexpected disasters and they quickly had a solution and explained it to us and then quickly jumped into action. Very professional crew and a company you can trust.
