Truly the best experience from purchase to delivery. Angela was so knowledgeable and helpful on products and design. The time she took was amazing. Smooth professional delivery with a full follow up. The staff was very helpful showing us the various seating options available. They made some helpful suggestions that guided our final choice of chairs and foot rests. Delivery was just a few days later with a follow up to insure everything went well and we were happy with our purchase and the process. Great customer service!

My experience at Cottage Culture was amazing! Even though it was the end of the day, Angela answered all questions, and made excellent suggestions!I purchased 3 small tables. Not only did Angela deliver them promptly to Exeter, but brought extra tables, in case other combinations looked better on my patio.Definitely check out Cottage Culture in Hensall. In know that I will go back!

Cottage Culture is a treasure to be found in Hensall Ont. Beautiful & unique outdoor & indoor furniture, wonderful accessories for your home and very helpful & friendly staff. The staff measured off my deck space & helped me plan the lay out of my furniture. I am thrilled with everything I found. Congratulations to the team and a special thank you to Angela..I will definitely be back.
