Great service. Friendly fast and efficient. Arrangements for purchase and installation were completed quickly and the system was installed and operational within 2 days of having a Hydro technician available to do the meter installation. Installation crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing but my new solar system. Explanation of the in-home components and online monitoring system were complete and any follow-up questions I've had have been answered quickly. I highly recommend Solar Associates for anyone contemplating their own solar energy system.

Steve and his crew were very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact the installation crew found a problem with my chimney when they were on the roof and then patched the hole!!! This was going well above the call of duty"! Solar Associates came highly recommended by my brother who was also very pleased with the quality of their work after his system was installed about a year ago. We are having fun comparing how our systems are performing because they are essentially the same. Steve also handled all the "red tape" and thus made my life simpler. My wife and I also feel good about adding our contribution to "greening the planet"."

Excellent experience having Solar panels installed by Steve. Excellent communication and customer service. Included 3D modeling, Energy production estimate/projections. (Solar panels pay for themselves in ~10 years and with a 25 year warranty one could say the solar panels save you or make you at least what their cost is to install. With a govt 0%-10 yr loan & 5K grant consumer cash upfront/monthly costs approach a null change to ones finance but with 10-15 years of forward looking free electricity and inflation protection. E-mail them to get projections on your own rooftop. Take advantage of current govt incentives and Steve's solar installation expertise.
