Customer service at this location needs help. No employees offer to help me find anything. I ended up getting the wrong item which I thought was on sale but she didn't offer to help me find the right ones. When I go to checkout, I'm standing there waiting for her to tell me I can help you over here" but instead she stands there looking at me not saying anything. Where did the customer service go? Its no wonder people order online instead."

Ordered online, several pick up reminders. Understaffed When a line formed, I was asked if I could wait till a few of them were served, No, I was 1st customer and should be served 1st. Couldn't find the order, finally 15-20 minutes later, seriously. No issue at any other location.

THE STAFF OF THIS STORE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AND THE STORE HAS A LOT OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM IT IS ONE OF THE BEST STORES IN G.T.A.

You're better off to shop online with Mark's. Sale items often unavailable in-store. Also difficult to know what is included in the sale, too many items not discounted. But if you're not buying at sale price you are overpaying for everything here. Perhaps CTC should stick to selling auto-parts and garden tools.

Ok so here we go. Today I bought a pair of safety boots as I am tradesman 149.99 was the price of the boots. I just happened to check the website the very next day, and I saw the same boots on sale for 94.99. No problem at here at this point. Since wearing the shoes for the day and had bought it 1 day ago I figured walking in with the receipt to get an adjustment w oh I’d be no problem. I was so wrong first the sales person named drea female associate when I approached her for the adjustment she made an annoyed face at me like why would I even expect an adjustment. Then she said where are the boots, I told her I didn’t bring them with me because I’ll be buying the same item back after the refund. She said no because if I refund the money you can run out of the store with the refund and have the product. I’m 38 years old and a person of colour might I add, also she was Caucasian, not that I would think it makes a difference but apparently to her my skin colour seemed to play a role in getting my adjustment. She seemed very snobby to me about the situation stating that it is policy, and I should go check online. So I checked online for the policy and of course saw nothing like that in writing. I would also like to add the fact that after the incident I called another store in Woodbridge explained the situation, and of course they said they would have done it the adjustment without the shoes . Once I call the store manger tomorrow to waste more of my time with this store I will never go back there again, and to the lady drea I sure hope you get what you deserve for the treatment I received from you today. Some prices are reasonable. Some of the employees, in my opinion, are not helpful and are rude since being my first visit. I had to help myself and try to look for someone to do a price check, which had a bit of attitude. Despite there's some discount on safety boots, in my opinion, it's still rather expensive. Unfortunately, I do have to shop at their store ever so often because of my job and is unfortunately the closest to me.

Super amazing staff!!! Very helpful even at 5 minutes to closing time. Lots of products to choose from with all the sizes available.

They really couldn't care less about the customer at this location. No one greets you, there are almost no staff, the women's change room is used for storage, and there are almost no sizes available in anything. I honestly I don't even think they noticed that I was in the store at all.
