It's the perfect opportunity for kids to showcase their skills, compete with friends, and take a breather before diving back into the trampoline fun.However, one of the main highlights of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Kara, our party hostess. From the moment we arrived, Kara's attentiveness and dedication were evident, ensuring that every child was entertained and engaged throughout the celebration. Kara's energy was amazing, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making the party a memorable experience for each child.Jump City itself was a haven of fun and excitement. The trampoline zones were well-maintained and offered a variety of options for kids of all ages. The arcade games added an extra layer of entertainment, providing a break from the jumping while keeping the excitement levels high. The facility was clean, spacious, and designed with safety in mind, giving me peace of mind as a parent.

Spacious indoor playground I’ve been so far. Very organized and clean. My son loves to go there. Great for birthday parties too. Definitely recommend

As kids indoors entertainment goes it's decently clean and staff are very patient and amicable. There are arcade games for kids as well as adults. There is a food counter for easy bites to grab as well.

First time here, heard this place from kids.Friendly staff, nice cafeteria seating, all play areas are very clean, even the washrooms.All activities are fun for kids from 3 to 10+. Good for kids to spend 4+ hrs here, laser tag is super fun for them.Will definitely come back again.

Another indoor playground to let the kids run around and burn some energy. This place is a quite big and have a variety of games (arcade type, climbing, foam pool, and even laser tag). For the arcade type of machines you need electronic tokens (in the form of a card) to play. So I’d say the mix is especially good for family with both young and older kids. One thing to note: kids have to buy socks there. The socks are more gripping and they won’t slip so easily but they are quite pricy. I wonder if we can reuse the socks on the next visit. Give it 4 stars because of the price. The entrance fee + socks + arcade games really add up.Review update:I went to Jump City yesterday (Friday) and unfortunately I misplaced my AirPod case. I looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. But the staff at the trampoline area was really helpful. So that made me feel better even though it still couldn’t find it by the time we left. Thank you. Clean and a lot of fun for the children however, much pricey for a big family. Music is too loud, can't here each other, safety hazard in case of the emergency.

It is one of the better places to take your kids to, but be aware of the costs. Holidays and weekends cost quite a bit more when compared to other places. Kids also must have their branded socks. Rock climb, laser tag, slides, trampolines, arcade, playhouses, etc. So there are more options for kids. Staff are generally helpful and friendly, and the facility is kept quite clean. Food vendor prices are a little high, but at least there is an option to order food as needed. It gets quite busy, and seating for adults runs out quickly. However, the helpful staff will bring out more tables and seating if you ask them nicely or offer seating in party rooms if available. Free parking out front.

The playrooms were spacious and well-maintained, with an immaculate environment that made me feel safe and secure about my children's safety. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and attentive, always available to help in case we needed anything.One of the most popular activities in Jump City is the trampoline area. The trampolines are joined together to create an enormous jumping surface that is sure to excite any child. My kids, in particular, enjoyed this activity the most. They spent hours jumping around, trying out different tricks, and challenging each other to see who could jump the highest. While the trampoline area is suitable for children of all ages, I highly recommend that kids be at least 5 or 6 years old to fully enjoy the experience.Another activity that caught our attention was the basketball court area. Instead of playing on a hard surface, players get to bounce and dunk with the trampolines. It was a unique experience that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. They played 2 on 2 with their friends and had a blast trying out new moves and tricks. This activity is perfect for older children who are looking for a more challenging and exciting way to play basketball.Lastly, the kids' war game zone was another highlight of our visit to Jump City. The area is designed like a battlefield where children can gear up with toy guns and infrared receivers and play hide and shoot. The game is safe and supervised by staff members who ensure that everyone follows the rules and regulations. My kids loved pretending to be soldiers, hiding behind walls, and strategizing to outsmart their opponents.Overall, Jump City is an excellent place for families looking for a fun and engaging activity to do on the weekends. The facility is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the activities are exciting and challenging. It is a perfect place for kids to let off some steam, explore new activities, and have fun with their friends. If you are looking for a new place to take your children, I highly recommend visiting Jump City. It is an experience that your kids will surely love and remember for a long time.

Its good place to take out your kids for indoor fun. Place is very clean and well maintained. Individual tickets are little bit expensive but party packages are relatively average. Kids loved the rock climbing. Party rooms are bit smaller if you go with the big groups. Overall its a better place in Scarborough
