I did another project a little far from their facilities,They supplied lumbers and trusses.I have a Good experience again, Great communications, Perfect in quality, cost and delivery and returning extra items, special Thanks to Jordon and Lori.

This place is super ridiculous the amount of time they make u wait is in professional the worst ever they don’t deserve any business

Extremely unsafe companyThey make all the drivers park on the road and it backs up blocking the intersectionI've almost been hit a few times because I couldn't see what was comingThere is a large trucking company and a tire shop at the end of the road so it's very busy.I've contacted innisfil township , south simcoe police and the opp and they are aware of this.You are aware this is a lawsuit waiting to happen from anybodyAnd it's a total nightmare to deliver to even with one skid 30min to 90min to get unloadedI'm glad my company can nail this place with waiting time witch ends up 10 times the delivery costSo you get a 2 finger review what to guess what ones?

5 Stars for Tarpin Lumbar Inc. Shelli King and Shannon Cundle are really Good to deal with. They are Gem for the organization. Shelli has been very quick in giving the Floor Take Off /Layout and planning the delivery of the material in time. Shannon, the designer has designed our Trusses, in a professional way. She is really knowledgeable. As Builders of Custom Homes, we look forward to work with Tarpin Lumbar for our future projects and we highly recommend Tarpin Lumbar Inc.

Company is super unprofessional, as an employer, and as a Buisness. They hire about 10 people a week, which makes it hard for the experienced workers to do their job, and the whole time you’re working, you’re mostly waiting around all day for recuts, because of how low quality the wood is there. The people I worked with were amazing, but the office and management is absolutely horrible. The designers in this place haven’t even see a trust be built. Wouldn’t recommend buying wood from this place, or trying to get a job there. Phoenix, and united are way more professional. Worked there for 2 years I know from experience, just give everyone a heads up.

I wanted to highlight one of their employees, Shelli King.Shelli has provided a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations. Her intelligence, comprehension, kindness, and overall understanding helped make the process of buying lumber and hardware for our house framing, stress free.Not only so, Shelli truly cares for her customers. She goes above and beyond to provide a positive experience and to fully satisfy customer needs.To be honest, words cannot even begin to scratch the service of her customer service skills. I am grateful and very appreciative.

Been here many times delivering lumber, always remembered them as being a good place to unload. Today I went in to get some help with a shifted load, the guys were great helping to fix me up. Even called me later in the day to see how things worked out. Not many places treat driver like that.

Delivery drivers expect huge wait times, I wish I could rate this zero stars. Been delivering here for years and nothing ever changes, make an appointment. Check in, 1-3 hours later they’ll bring you in, then take hours to unload you, expect to wait 3-5 hours to unload here, by far the worst customer I’ve ever delivered to

Always park your truck outside the building on the road and walk to the office for CHECK-IN and then wait in your truck for your turn as one of the forklift operators will take you inside the building. DELIVERY TIME approx. 1.5 to 2+ Hrs. Depending on the number of trucks in front of you.
