I was a patient at Altum Health, I was there for 3 months due to my 4th concussion. The team that worked with me was amazing! I cannot thank them enough for all their support, expertise, patience, professionalism and how much they all truly cared about me. Everyone took such great care if me including the 2 secretaries and the massage therapist.I am leaving with the greatest of knowledge for managing my concussion symptoms and I feel so grateful that I was a part of Altum Health.I will never forget the great team there!Thank you everyone!

I had a very good experience with Altum Health. The place is clean and hygienic. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. Especially, SHARAN, BRAD, and JASON. You all guys have helped me, encouraged me to come out from my wrist injury pain physically and mentally. Due to your support, I am able to come out from frustration, irritation, and pain. I just finished another treatment today with Lawrence Yu, my physiotherapist at Altum Health.I have been a client of Lawrence for the past 5 years and he has helped me tremendously with bulging disc issues, treatment through 2 years of recovery after a very bad ski accident, after shoulder surgery and general neuro back and neck issues.Lawrence is a very dedicated physiotherapist and he is always professional, courteous, friendly, and a very attentive listener. He is able to apply the appropriate treatment which makes me feel much better after my visit.I appreciate the friendly staff when checking in for my appointment at Altum Health Clinic.

My mother has been coming here for her concussion treatment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Her favorite OT to work with is Nelofar. She is kind, compassionate and really wants to help her patients. Now that her treatment is almost finished, she is a little sad to be leaving as Nelofar has become like a friend to her. This is a great location for anyone that wants to get better. Highly recommended!

I was a patient at Altum Health due to my concussion. My experience there was fantastic they helped me so much in recovering from my concussion. I am very grateful for all there hard work in getting me back to a healthy life. I want to thank Meghna, Sharan, Tim, Jason. Nancy, for all they have done in getting me back into the work force. Also I do not want to forget the massage therapist he was fantastic. I would recommend Altum Health to anyone who has suffered a concussion injury. Thank You Altum Health.

This really is the best place to go and do physio. I had the privilege of working with Meghna, Steven and Brad. These 3 are fantastic people and do everything they can to help you. They listen to you and really care about there clients. I'm really gonna miss you guys. Thank you for all you have done for me and recovery!!!

Hard to get appointments with same PT if you need to reschedule, their priority seems to be the WSIB clients not private work insurance clients. Felt like I was last priority. Rates expensive for 30 min appointment compared to ie: OSA in Woodbridge. I had a long wait time at my first visit. My insurance was billed before I was seen so had to wait even though inconvenient. Consultation fee also higher than other clinics. Since UHN has a patient portal, I feel I should have access to my health information but was told I have to pay for my own consult report.

I just wanted to thank Meghna and Steven for the service they provided. They're good to work with, always listening to your problems and give great suggestions on what you can do to better your injury. They also take their time and show you how to properly do exercises. If I had them from when I first got injured, I would have recovered much faster. Thank you again- Rickie Wilson

I just wanna take this time to thank Shrey and Tim for all there help, after suffering a back injury at work turns out it was a very serious dis herniation. I thought my life wouldn’t be the same, I was constantly in pain night and day. After walking into Altum health I had a sit down with Shrey he was very confident that he could get me back on track and doing all the things I once did, I can honestly say he wasn’t wrong. I’m now able to workout again which is a huge part of my everyday life. Great service and treatment plan, he was there with me every step of the way very patient and understanding he really takes a great deal of pride in his job and very professional I will definitely recommend Altum health to anyone.
