My Great grandfather George Knight and Great Grandmother Emily Knight are buried here but unfortunately we could not find them. I wish there was some kind of directory posted. What a great location right next to the ocean and beautiful trees. Bonus I seen 4 baby deer walking around the cemetery which I took a picture of and posted it here too.

Very beautiful and peaceful cemetery. Full of history, natural beauty and wildlife. I love coming here for walks, bike rides, sketching or just some quiet time to myself to think. It's so serene and well kept. Definitely worth a stop if you find cemeteries interesting or want to get some unique tombstone rubbings!

Visited my parents grave -- not impressed with the shopping cart parked nearby with a beer swilling, offensive music blasting, lout in attendance. He could legally sleep at Gonzales park a few blocks away - why does he have to desecrate a cemetery? Why does the City of Victoria turn a blind eye?

A peaceful snapshot of history. Lots of historical people buried here each with their own story. And there are deers patrolling the grounds!

Beautiful and well maintained old cemetery containing the graves of many historical persons of British Columbia. If you are here for Emily Carr's grave, the location is Block H, Plot 85, E 15.

A beautiful cemetery by the Salish Sea. It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to spend some time reflecting or taking a quiet walk. Can get a bit windy at times. We look forward to spending some time here whenever we visit Victoria.

A beautiful place. It's quite a large area so finding a specific plot was a bit tricky but there were so many buck to keep us entertained!

This cemetery is absolutely mind boggling! The view of the ocean is incredible! The trees here are on a totally different level of any I have ever seen! Also there were deer just hanging out amongst the tombstones! Truly an amazing place!
