Excellent service from checking in to checking out.The whole process was made effortlessly for me, Nav was great help, I did not have to worry about insurance coverage or submitting anything with regards to that nature, she took care of all that for me and made it such a breeze.Heather Allen took care of my dental cleaning visit along with Dr. Tandon, both very professional, accurate about their knowledge, and took the time to explain each and every step of the process as it was my first time visiting their clinic and there were a few examinations to adhere to.The clinic is all through-out equipped with high tech up to date equipment which reassures you are in great hands.I am impressed with the quality of great service offered, this is definitely where I will be coming regularly for my dental visits. Each one of the staff at BWG show care and concern before, during and after a visit. The doctor and hygienists always check in on my comfort during procedures. They take the time to listen to any questions I have and I never feel rushed. They have cutting edge technology at their finger tips and excellent customer service. This from someone who had a terrible dentist as a child. Only good experiences now.

All of the staff are very pleasant and easy to deal with. They are very through and will help you with scheduling appointments to maximize your benefits. I have no anxiety coming in for an appointment. I would recommend BWG Dental Center.

Highly recommend. Speaking as someone on the autistic spectrum who has vast over sensitivities; the staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, gentle and offer supports and accommodations as needed. The fact that BWG Dental is woman owned and operated, mainly by women of colour, makes it a safe, diverse and inclusive space. I’ve been coming here for years now.

Dr. Ozturk and her team are amazing! Dr. Ozturk has a gentle way about her and is very thorough. The hygienists are great and receptionist Nav is friendly and very helpful. I’m so thankful my daughter referred me here!

I have had the best experiences as a dental patient at BWG Dental Centre. My family have been going here for over 4 years. The staff take their time, and are very informative, friendly and care about you. Dr. Rebecca Ozturk is hands down the best. I started taking my 2.5 year old son here as well for check up and cleaning and it has been a great transition for him. Wonderful staff and business all around.

My daughter and I were referred to BWG Dental Centre by my partner who has been a patient for a number of years. I was under a bit of time constraints due to unexpected travel but they were able to fit us both in for full screenings and much needed cleanings. Both of us have utilized 2 dentists and 2 hygienists to date, and all of them, up to and including Nav have made the experience extremely pleasant, which is not what most people deduce from dental visits lol. The great communication and attentiveness put both of our minds at ease. Id definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for the best dental advice and care.
