Wow! I visited the Jump store with a phone that I had purchased elsewhere to see if they could transfer all the data from my old phone. They were unbelievably helpful and went way beyond just the transferring, showed me many advantages and uses that I wasn’t aware of. I can’t say enough good things about how pleasant, efficient and patient Ashton was. I will sing her praises to all I know.

I had a wonderful experience at the Jump+ store at the Avalon mall. I went in to buy a laptop with no prior research. Christian was very helpful in explaining all the different models and the options available that would suit us. Dara was more than helpful with her expert advise and prompt service. She was very friendly and explained everything in detail. David's knowledge and skilled expertise made the whole process very smooth. David made the transition from my old macbook to the new one, very straightforward.

I was in your store a couple of days ago looking to take advantage of the Jump+ trade-in program to upgrade my MacBook/iPad combo into an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil and Keyboard. Keith was very helpful in getting me all set up with what I needed, asked really relevant questions as to how I plan to use my iPad, and made sure I had all the tools to get started when I left the store. He told me that my user experience was going to change drastically with this new system, and he was so right! I am totally pleased with my purchase and with my customer experience at the store.

I came in with a iPhone 12 that was purchased and little less than a month the display was defective. I took it to Jump+ and was hoping they would fix the issue that was supposed to be covered under the 1 year warranty that cam with the phone. When I took it there they said they would send it directly to Apple" for the repair. I agreed and let them take care of it. A few days go by and I get a call from Jump+ claiming the phone was "liquid damaged" although the liquid contact indicator was clearly not activated and phone had not been in any contact with water. Instead they tried to charge me over $650 for a replacement. Took it back from them and sent it directly to Apple themselves they fixed the issue themselves and confirmed that indeed there was no liquid damage to begin with and that the device had not even been opened otherwise if they had opened the phone it would have costed me money. Very disappointed that they did not even open the phone and look at the issue but instead tried charging me $650 for a new phone. Stay away from repairs here and deal with Apple directly before conducting third party repairs."

Very unsatisfied with their service. I sent my AirPods for repair, they send them back to me with same problems. Second time Again i bring them to store for repair, they exchange my AirPods with another another ones.

Went to Jump to purchase a new Iphone and had a fantastic experience. Christian was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend the store and do yourself a favour and ask for Christian. 10/10 experience.

This is the first google review I’ve ever written in all my years. But I just yesterday received the best service ever. I realized a couple of weeks ago I needed a new iPhone and after doing my due diligence and finding out what’s available I decided on what I wanted.Seems that was the easy part. After making dozens of calls I came to realize that what I had wanted may not be available, would have to be ordered in, and a lot of misinformation. I had not followed the latest trends in the Apple repertoire. I headed to the Avalon Mall to upgrade realizing I would have to settle for less than I wanted. I walked by Jump+, knowing they were the Apple store but mistakenly thinking that I could only purchase a phone there and take it to my carrier (I was told that by another dealer). Was I surprised and misinformed. Walking in I was met by a smiling, empathetic young man with a can-do attitude named Christian. I explained what I wanted, he disappeared for 30 seconds and dropped 3 phones on the counter and asked what color I wanted that in, with a big smile, wow. Asking if I could have it included in a new plan with my carrier, he said no problem. Another wow. He proceeded to write me up, showing me all the steps, and being mindful of me not loosing anything from my original (old) phone.I was continually shockedat the so positive attitude (you don’t see that much anymore). I left there in awe, with a lower priced plan with more features, the phone I had wanted and a renewed happiness.Jump+, I will be recommending your store to whom ever I can, and Christian, thank you for everything, you are amazing.
