Went there today and the manager has really turned it around. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Excellent excellent customer service. Fries could have been a smidge fresher is my only criticism but that can just be an off chance I got the bottom of the batch so I’m still giving this location 5 stars. Keep up the great work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh and the facility is super clean. Seems like the staff gets along quite well which is nice to see.

The Impossible Whopper is available here! I was really excited to try it, and even happier their drive thru was built to accommodate large vehicles.Due to COVID-19, their dining room ordering is closed, so I cannot comment on the interior cleanliness.However, the team member we spoke to at the drive they was polite, thorough and our order was perfect. I would recommend this location, and the Impossible Whopper.

I came to this BK for the first time ever, literally, and not only was my order wrong but it was not great and I had to wait exceptionally long. Maybe I caught an off time or a bad day but was seriously disappointed. This BK is newly renovated, very nice, drive through as well

We did drive thru. Most of the order was a mistake. I love pickles but not hot on a burger. I asked to have them on the side. They wanted to charge me $3.50 to do that. Did not get pickles on the side. Either they could not understand English or they really are up-charging to put 3 slices of pickle your already paying for in a .003 cent container.

Well what can I say they tried hard to make sure they got the order right as it was back and forth a lot which I’m okay with if they get it Right. But they forgot part of the order the fries were ice cold no ketchup in the bag and mozzarella sticks were solid cheese. Not to mention that they changed the marinara sauce and it’s nasty . Really not impressed it been a while since we tried because of consistent Mess ups .

I dont do fast food too often. So this was a treat. It was very clean! I wish I wasnt so shocked but a few of the previous burger joints I visited were...... not.As It had been quite some time since my last time getting Burger King i was quite stoked that the whopper is still, well, a whopper! Unlike some other places that have undergone significant shrinkage.And pickle nuggets, SO good!Oh also, great service you guys! Polite, efficient, what's not to like?

Ordered ahead 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant, got the notification that my order was ready for pickup, and then was still waiting 15 minutes after arriving for them to hand me the food I had ordered and paid for ahead of time, and was supposed to already be ready for pickup. ZERO sense of urgency. Staff don’t even pretend to care about speed or accuracy. I pointed out that they missed an item and they acted like I ruined their day because I wanted everything I paid for. Restaurant was not even busy, so they can’t even use that as an excuse. You could drive to the other Burger King, order at the counter, and still have your food faster than ordering ahead at this location. Really unimpressed. Employees working at the front should not be in FAST food as they are anything but.

We like the burgers here. Please tell us why, though the restaurant smells like dirty french fry oil so much that it causes a fog in the store. Why isn't the oil for frys changed more often?Bk manager...please see to it that oil is changed more often. Who even wants to eat fries cooked in old oil?

I've become frustrated with this locations lack of service. The staff that is here are very kind but every time I'm here it takes between 15 and 40 minutes to receive my drive thru order. I am asked to park every time and there are always other customers waiting in the parking lot with me. Today's wait for a whopper coke and jalapeno cheddar bites took 34 minutes from ordering to receiving my order. To make things worse after already waiting 17 minutes i was told they dont have the cheese bites and was offered a refund or something else. Again not the staffs that im blaming. That is far from fast food" ."
