Absolute waste of money! Associates who have no expertise, no experience and have little in the form of usefulness. Basically a mill of “therapists” who don’t give two *%** about you. They are just there to clock hours and waste your time and money. Find someone else, anyone else. Bad advice, poor skills, and useless time spent. I have spent many hours there and, wow, what a con job.

Nothing but a professional-appearing facade for a Bill Mill" - An operation designed to milk the system & the taxpayer. Strategically located adjacent to CFB Trenton & Tyendenaga M.T. to capitalize on and exploit the fact that Military Personnel & Natives receive 'free' counselling ('Free' meaning that You and I foot the bill for the better part of $200. per hour whether these people show up or not). There is only One legit Psychologist in the whole office and she appears to rarely be there."

Here's a thought...If you want to give people calling with questions the first impression that you're caring and professional, maybe hire someone to answer the phone who doesnt get defensive and rude when she doesnt know the answers. Maybe someone with the capacity to string an adult sentence together wouldn't hurt either.

Very lovely place and lovely staff. They will look into anything they are unsure of and will call you back when they have found out that information, or will update you on anything if they have not found an answer quite yet. Very caring and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this place for anyone struggling!
