U-Haul Trailer Hitches

It was really bad, I ended up cancelling my hitch installation request. The mechanic who was supposed to install the hitch didn't show up, one time is ok but it happened twice.

Really bad experience, I booked & confirmed the hitch installation online and paid immediately, when I went to the appointment on June 19, the staff there acted surprised and claimed that they never knew I had an appointment. They did issue the refund and gave me a receipt that day but so far a week has passed I still haven't got any refund in my credit card yet, when can I get my refund?

My 9:00 am appointment should be in u-haul oakville but the staff told me that the installer is not avail on Saturday as he mentioned that the booking thru call center is not coordinated with the store system and he sent me through u-haul Royal Windsor. The lady staff at Royal Windsor was a bit rude and told me that she will call first before arrival that was not mentioned properly by the staff from Oakville. Installation take more that 1 hour and the installer left the hood fuse box without coverand open for how many days that lucky i somehow check the engine area. He even left the cover of tow harness unscrewed and left hanging. Worst and irresponsible installer i have ever met!!!"

The Technician Rob was very interested in making certain the job of installing the trailer hitch was done right and that most of all we were satisfied with the product and the installation work.

Rob demonstrated fantastic customer service with an emphasis on excellent communications leading up to and throughout the hitch installation. As an engineer, I sincerely appreciate his planning efforts and attention to details. He even arranged a pre-inspection to confirm the hitch would be installed as aniticpated. No surprises at the end of the day. Hitch installed successfully.Rob is a very good representative on behalf of U-Haul and really went out of his way to make sure my hitch was installed without any issues. I would 10/10 recommend Rob's support to anyone considering a hitch installation at the Oakville location.

I haven’t installed it. They rescheduled for three times and I don’t know when to install it now.
