Went there to get blood work done for pregnancy and my technician typed in the wrong information. Had my blood work cancelled and now I have to go back through all of this process again definitely looking for a more competent person next time.

Good place. Located on the second floor in the mall by the food court. Requires a mask when you enter. No appointment required they will take walk ins. Waited about 45 minutes at 9am in the morning, on a Tuesday. They were fast, clean, friendly and professional. Will come back again for sure.

Was told they would text me when a spot became available. GREAT I can go get my groceries and I am in a mall no problem. I received a text a hour later. I then waited another half hour in the waiting room.I witnessed parents with an infant and a son with his elderly father asking if they could be seen sooner. WHY COULD THEY NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION? In retrospect I should have given up my spot. When you get into the spot where your blood is drawn there is a sign that says We are professional plebotomists we know what needles to use". The person who was drawing my blood made no small talk

I have had ALOT of blood work in my life; since I was little. When I say alot I mean at one point my damn veins collapsed.NEVER have I ever been bruised by one needle. It's always taken multiple pulls from the same location within a week in order to bruise.I got blood work done for pregnancy and have been dealing with the worse bruising in my entire life.Nurses are too rushed; don't speak English very well and well WAY TO RUSHED.

Wish I grabbed some names because everyone who is working today were phenomenal. Even though they were swamped they took their time with me and were super kind. Never had such a good experience having someone take my blood from me.

Pre-Dawn CUSTOMER SERVICEThis DynaLIFE outlet is located inside the Northgate Centre in northeast Edmonton.The lab opens at 6am (weekday mornings) when the main doors of the mall are still closed to the public.Edmonton mornings are typically dark and wintry this time of year.The conditions are challenging when someone going for blood work (or some other tests) has to go around the outside of this mall, looking for any door that is open by 0600 hours Mountain Time.Imagine how seniors and persons with limited mobility cope with these challenges.Some lab patrons would have been fasting, in preparing for bloodwork or some other medical test.As corporate tenants, DynaLIFE could ask the Northgate mall management to post clear signs on ALL the main doors; to direct lab patrons to the specific door that is open by 6am.~ and then DYNALIFE Rx could add this information to its website.

Had a scheduled appointment set up 2 weeks ago I showed up on time when I arrived the attendant informed me there is a hour and a half waiting time. I thought that's why Prebooked appointments was to secure that specific time in order to get my tests done buggered me up I took work off to get tests done because I had a follow-up medical appointment in the next couple of days elsewhere niw I can't attend that place because I never get served at this duna lab because they overbooked

These people are golden. They are very friendly, they work fast, and there was no pain at all, when they took my blood sample.I went for blood test to the walk-in line, and it took only 10 minutes overall.

I was there 9 am this morning. They took my name and phone number. After half hour, I received a text message saying that the staff will check in. I asked one of the rude staff about the text, she said wait in line 2. I waited for few minutes and nothing was happening. I went back to my chair. After one hour and ten minutes as I noticed all people before and after me had gone and no one except me had received that text message. I approached what looks a shift supervisor and asked about the text message. Again, with a condescending waive of her hand she said to go and stand there".In short
