The owner, Bruce, is extremely hostile and rude. I was interested in purchasing/building in the area and he used many profanities to tell me he couldn’t be bothered to answer my basic questions about their communities. From talking to others who live in their communities, I gather that this company is a nightmare to deal with. Bullet dodged.

House was suppose to be by completed by September 2021, still not done. Plans were not followed, have a 5 x 2 island not a 5 x 3, front door looks used and the list goes on.

If able to visit or purchase a lot, you cannot go wrong. Great place with nice people and activities.

Very professional, detailed, informed and to the point. He is a no nonsense guy who is not afraid to speak his mind. A lot of development is not completed by deadline in Nova Scotia recently because of covid and supply issues it's unavoidable. I have never had an issue any time with them. Better than most developers around.

Rented a cottage from these guys for a few nights. It was an absolute complete dump. No response for phone calls or emails to even discuss it. This place is a complete scam. Were actually considering buying a cottage and part of this visit was to get a feel of the place. If you cannot address a simple issue I would hate to see what would happen with a build. Go on tripadvisor for real reviews of the rental business.

He is a terrible builder and will do everything he can to steal from customers. Rentals are absolutely junk. Rotting floors, bugs ect. In fact he has deleted all reviews on FB Twitter and Google. Trip advisor has reviews as well. Don't get sucked into his scam.
