I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I should share my experience because I am just so happy with my new used vehicle. As I walked into the dealership I was greeted right away by Mikhail the salesman. He was not pushy at all and let me browse the inventory and do my own thing which I appreciate since I have been to other local dealerships and felt almost like the salesman were just to pushy or had no interest in selling a vehicle. Yup crazy times.... I purchased my 2015 Honda CRV and couldn't be happier. The car was not perfect but everything is fixable. I asked Mikhail to fix a few items and I will purchase the vehicle. Simple as that I left a deposit and came back the following week with a draft to pick up the vehicle with everything done. Mikhail went over and above and even gave me a full tank of gas. I recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle and ask for Mikhail.

I showed up to inquire about an ‘07 Fusion (discussed on phone prior to my showing up) that was listed for $5000 and looked good in the pictures taken. The car was a disaster: every panel had at least something (minor, insignificant scratch, noticeable scrape, and/or dents), the right rear tail light was busted, compartment on the dash in the centre was busted, seemed like airbag may have been deployed on the passenger side, had a rebuild title, and approximately $4500 in claims against the car from previous accidents that were only disclosed upon persistent questioning - the salesman also tried to state that none of these aspects took away from the cars value. The car was dirty on the interior and was over 200k km. Would never even consider looking at this lot again.

I know everyone’s experience can be different but aa a first time Vehicle owner, I can say that say that my experience with Super Economy Auto Sales has been exceptional! Definitely wouldn't recommend. Bought a car from them with a safety and not even a day after was I having braking issues due to them not putting them on properly. Had to fight for refund only quarter of what we paid for the saftey back.

Very bad customer service. Don't deposit any money when you want to buy car from this dealer, they won't give you back money .Edit: After reading the response from the owner, I feel very appalled by their deceptive and lack of context in their response. To clarify, I had asked to cancel after finding out that they had their own mechanic to forge a fake safety report. They had agreed to refund me the deposit. They had advised me to come the next day. The next day came and they decided to not refund it anymore. Furthermore, who would pay $700 for a vehicle inspection? At most the cost is $200. This company is not trustworthy at all in terms of their promises. Please buyer beware and look for another auto sales company to conduct your business as I don't want anyone to fall into their traps!

THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE! I found a car advertised on Auto Trader from this dealership last December 2014. I called them to inquire about the condition and total cost of the vehicle. The salesman was very patient and answered all of my questions. I told him I work late everyday and could not make it into the dealership until 9:00PM Friday. He was very kind and was able to accommodate to my schedule. When I got there and drove the car, I was very impressed with its condition. It was exactly as the salesman had described it to be. I am always very skeptical about car dealerships integrity but I found them to be honest and knowing they had been operating for 20 years, I made my purchase. I drove the vehicle for about two months and was very happy with my purchase. Recently, following a snow storm, the windshield wipers were damaged due to the heavy snow fall. I went back to the dealership to get it repaired and they fixed it at their cost. I was very impressed and appreciated their kind service. I will definitely be a regular customer in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Miles really helped and guided us with the car purchase. He was patient, gave accurate information about the car details and helped us purchase a car which suited our budget and is driving with no issues. Would recommend him 100%
