I am a regular here. Every Monday evening I fill up my car and head inside to grab snacks and drinks. This Shell Select store location is very cleaned and staffed with pleasent attendants. I want to say thanks to Sim who is always there to greet my son and I with a warm smile. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was here the other day and the customer service from SIM was absolutely amazing. I had a few issues with the gas pump and she was very attentive and kind. Great car wash, great service !

Went there for a car wash around 8:30 PM on a weekday. The car wash was advertised as open but wouldn’t accept my 30-day car wash pass. Bluetooth start wasn’t working so I tried the replacement code. I kept getting a ‘Wrong Code’ error even though I hadn’t used my pass that day. I gave up after a few minutes and went to another location - one that accepted my code with no issues. Won’t be coming back.

The staff need some education about government issued digital ID can be used to make an age-sensitive purchase (like a lottery ticket).

Do not waste your money on carwash here. $13.99+tax course works only 3 minutes, which I've never seen elsewhere. Of course, dirt and stain is still there after drying. I had to clean my car with my microfiber again.

I wash my car 3 times in a row and this was the result. My car remain stain with tons off wax or whatever is that.UPDATE: thanks Shell for putting me to write the whole story on your customer support website, and thank you for the fast answer, but, I try to remove the wax with your “sorry” and didn’t came out.

It was my first time coming here using the Amazon hub locker (first time at this location). I asked the guy at the cashier that i needed to pick up an order and how can I get the package out of the locker, not knowing it was operated with bluetooth and had to do it through the email. Most lockers would have a keypad and give you a code through email to enter it in but not this one. I asked for help and the cashier guy threw his hands in the air and said he could not help. I called the customer service number but figured it out anyway. Whether the gas station is connected with Amazon or not, you should at least help a person out if they are unsure. Please train your employees to help out a customer if they have trouble with the Amazon locker even if it's their first time. Thank you.

I was picking up from Amazon locker after a night shift nearby. Clerk locked the door and said they're closed at 11pm, meanwhile pickup says open 24 hours. Either have the gas station sort out with Amazon or update hours please.

Horrible customer service. Her name was sim. There was a sign that said 7.50 for 3 monster and we tried to buy 3. She LITERALLY RIPPED OFF THE SIGN and then did not honor the sale. She gaslit us saying it's not a sale. We did not buy the energy drink. I want to shame her.
