I can't say enough words of thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to everyone involved at this clinic.Dr. Paul is one of the best doctors ( correction ... Dr. Paul IS the best doctor) I have ever had the privilege meeting. From the initial meeting ,to the expert surgery, the fantastic after care and on top of all that Dr. Paul and all the staff are kind, compassionate, caring, down to earth people. I'm turning 68 so i've seen my share of medical personel for equally serious medical needs over the years but have NEVER had this level of care anywhere. This is a class act all the way. Feel lucky if you get to be treated by this group of professionals one and all.From myself, my wife, my kids, and my Grandchildren, you gave me my life back in every way from shopping with the wife or playing with my grandchildren. 5 stars for Dr.McGale and his great work!ZERO stars for Kim the office assistant. Worked with Kim for over 1.5 years and she is the most abrasive front line staff member I have ever encountered. I expect this level of treatment when I call reception at trucking companies. Not an ortho clinic. I spent the last 1.5 years trying to be polite through the conversation but I’ve had it. Something needs to be said and this is my platform of choice. Every conversation I have with Kim ends in her abrasive and flat out rude attitude to simple questions. Questions about my health and appointment related discussions. Kim please remember you are funded by tax payers and the clients you have pay your bills. Time for some customer service training or time to make change Dr.McGale.

I am writing about Dr. Lee Ekert on behalf of my mother who had a knee replacement about 18 months ago. My mom is so happy. She has her life back as the surgery was amazing. Dr Ekert is professional, kind, and caring. He addressed all of my mom’s concerns at each appointment. Her knee is healing so well and she has nothing but good things to say about Dr Ekert. Thank you so very much.

Dr Benjamin Herman did my knee replacement surgery in January 2022 and my hip replacement surgery in October 2022. Dr Herman, Shyla and Stella are an amazing team. Dr Herman has the best bedside manner of any doctors I have dealt with. His knowledge and communication is stellar. He checked on me prior and after surgery then called me at home to check on me. I had dealt previously with another surgeon who was awful. I can not recommend Dr Herman enough. I have healed with minimal scars. He has changed my life. He is an amazing doctor. I can not say enough great things about him and his staff. 10/10.

Firstly, exceptionally long wait time to be evaluated by a GP, who may then refer you to a surgeon for a surgical consult. This is normal for the industry but exceedingly wasteful… like hiring a layperson to tell you you need a plumber. Scheduling receptionist hanged up on me as soon as I stated I was already scheduled for surgery elsewhere.Skinny on this place: they are, by far, the longest facility to get an initial evaluation (by a GP). Scheduling receptionist is outright ignorant and rude. Plenty of better, more timely facilities out there… they all use the same surgeons so do yourself a favour and request a consult with multiple facilities. Due to extreme wait times and rude staff this place gets a zero!

Dr Herman is the best surgeon and Ms Stella and Ms Shayla very friendly and lovely team my father had hip replacement and he had pain when he walked before but after surgery he walks easily and he doesn't feel any pain now.

Amazing staff and surgeons. Appointments are book and held on time. The administrative staff are efficient and friendly.

I have been to this clinic twice. My knees are extremely painful to the point I can barely walk without assistance. I am on prescribed pain meds as well as 10 to 15 Advil per day just to function. Both times I attended my appointments at the hip and knee clinic I was flatly rejected due to my weight and age. The Dr I seen for my appointment did nothing but fat shame me and reiterate I was too young for replacement as well as he told me “it might not be your knees at all”. I would never recommend this clinic as they seem to be fine with people taking a lot of pills for pain relief. I will certainly explore other options that will at least treat me with dignity.

The doctor is lovely, however the physiotherapist Tina is a miserably rude and unpleasant woman. This is the second time I’ve attended an appointment with my grandmother and had Tina, both times she couldn’t be bothered to let you speak, or god forbid listen when you do even though you are answering what she’s asking/saying. She tells you different things at each appointment that contradicts what she said previously, and even in the same appointment. She is sarcastic and my grandmother who is hard of hearing and often needs clarification was spoken to as if she is just being difficult. If I could write separate reviews for the doctor and Tina, the doctor would have a much better rating, but unfortunately I can’t.
