Purchased a Mytee Extractor, about 6 months later it needed the pump replaced. Prairie West was the only place in the city to bring it for warranty work. Took them about a month to replaced the pump, they damaged the clear handle for it so I can no longer use it for marketing shot (paid extra for the clear handle in order to said get shots). Repair lasted two weeks, brought it back and it has now been 7 months and I have still not received it back yet. Every time I call and talk to someone they say next Tuesday
