Overpriced, the manager gave me a deal which was around $50 higher than the regular selling price of the same tool I could get prime fasteners or Atlantic outdoors. I walked out of there and went to buy the tool at the other store. That is $50 plus the tax savings. It adds up. So buyers beware.

Best prices on fasteners, waaaaay better than the big box stores.Their after sales support for their Milwaukee line is great. They are my go to place. I rarely need to shop elsewhere.

This is the worst place you can't go buy stuff ... worst service ... did give the good bit for the screw ... he started in French and switch to English when he realized that my dad was French... give the worst service i have seen !! last time that I will go there ...

I heard about a milwaukee sale on the radio ( so you know that your advertisement did pay dividends) I went there looking for a couple of items...but left more than a thousand lighter.Mark Harris spent well over an hour pricing tools and answering all my question without knowing whether I was a serious buyer or a time waster.These guys have an amazing trial period and return policy. Action has one of the largest Milwaukee displays and inventorys I've seen since moving from the GTA.My only complaint is that they don't list reatail prices on their stock ( making me ask a sales associate for the information) but on the positive side it does initiate an interaction.I left feeling good about my purchases, and that I can go back for service and parts. If you need something they sell....I would highly recommend them.Cant wait to get my Milwaukee hoody and Action hat.

The guys at action fasteners are a riot, they know there stuff but also have a great sense of humor. I recommend this place any day of the week.
