Jumping Jacks Indoor Playground & Party Centre

Feel bad for this place. Seems like they are trying to run an honest business. But I have to agree with the last review. Most toys are not functional and very dirty. Not very toddler friendly playground equipment. I hate to say but unfortunately I would not recommend this place. It doesn't even compare to the other indoor playground competitors in Brampton. Hopefully they can improve the place and save their business.

Great place to take your kids for a drop-in and party events. We booked a party and had the entire place to ourselves. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would go again.

The location was great and very clean. Had my daughters birthday there last weekend and the owners did an amazing job of customizing it for her birthday. I especially like the fact that it was a private party for us. We were very happy with everything and will definitely visit this location again. Thanks a lot Yara for everything!

I held my foundation's event here. There was lots for the kids to enjoy, great open space for kids to run around and enjoy the time. The staff was amazing and very accomdating for our event.

We had my son's 2nd Birthday party at JJ last weekend. We went with the 'bring your own party' package and couldn't be happier. The staff and owners were very polite and helpful. They weren't rushing us out as we had a newborn and gifts to pack up.It was also a nice touch to have coffee and tea there for the adults. Our friends and family also loved it as the space is a great size but you can still see everyone easily.I communicated with jj in September and the party wasn't until January but they always responded swiftly to my all questions.I would definitely recommend this place. And would book this place again. Great for toddlers and the bigger kids. We had newborns to nine year olds and everyone still had fun. There is also air hockey there so that kept the bigger kids and some parents busy:)The place is also extremely clean, including the bathrooms.We loved the fact that we could bring in our own food and that your event is private! I have been to other play centers in the area but they weren't as clean and organized as jj.Thanks for a great time jj we will be back.

Went here for 2 birthday parties, noticed some things I didn't notice before. First though the staff was nice and they smiled, they were nice and kept the place clean, two washrooms; one regular and one for disabled persons. The regular washroom was clean, didn't see the inside of other washroom. The thing I noticed the most was the temperature. This place was cold. The floor was freezing. It was 2 degrees outside and yu could really feel it on the floor, especially at the rear where the exit door was. The slides were positioned poorly due to the layout of the space and there were hardly any floor mats. There were mats screwed to the walls, however, the screws were not padded and they were hard; gook luck if you came down too fast on the slides. The play structure itself was fun for the kids. It kind of looked like a pirate ship or sail ship. Other play places have metal poles wrapped with padding, this place was straight wood, no padding. The kids had fun but I was always worried and never took my eyes off them, just in case. Also the electrical room door was open and the gate that led to the rear exit did not latch or lock. I did however notice one staff member check the fire extinguishers.

Amazing playground, lots to do for kids 1-12 years old. All parties are private, very clean facility, excellent customer service/staff!!

Great place to have kids bday party because of such an amazing owners who are highly cooperative and understanding . They allow only single party at one time which is better for kids to run around and enjoy . The place is much bigger and more toys than any other indoor play area in the neighborhood . Worth spending money .

Owner and organizers of this establishment ( jumping jacks) did not even bother to update the status of their former business.It is now, what looks like, just a restaurant and that is also closed. Kept calling the number provided on google and did not got any response.I had to go there, because of no response on the phone, only to find out that there is no existence of Jumping Jacks" anywhere near the provided address!I would strongly advise

Never used jumping Jacks for kids indoor play activities but my son goes there for Robotics class with Mr. Omar the owner of the place. He is very courteous and coach well. I hope they have more interest from community so he can offer more courses on Robotics.
