Writing this review of Daniella Biagi real estate broker. At a time in our lives when we needed to sell and buy a new home, to say that she helped us is a big understatement. Daniella took us through the process step by step professionally but also took care of the human side of selling our house. Daniella is the best real estate agent you could need. To buying and selling along with mortgage she was in all the way and we never doubted her once. Daniella has major experience in real estate in all aspects and she would always be the best fit to go with in our minds. Thank you Daniella for getting us through selling and buying homes with the best professionalism and ease we are eternally grateful.

Daniela has been professional and attentive. She was a supportive guide through the sale of our home. Plus, travelled hours to help us find the perfect new home. Daniela spent time planning staging, photographing and creating beautiful materials to showcase our home with the end result of a sale in 3 days. Daniela was a strong negotiator who worked hard to represent us. We are thankful for all of her expertise and attention.

She was part of the team when I bought and sold my home. When we toured homes with Daniela I was very impressed with how well she knew homes and the market. She pointed out features both good and bad that I would have over-looked and her estimates for what the selling price would be were dead on the money every time. She was also very personable and great to spend time with between appointments. Highly recommended.

Daniela was amazing. Came to see us the same day that we reached out. Always reliably available to take our calls and efficient with getting documents submitted. Advocated for us when it came time to negotiate with buyers. She has great style and helped give us advice about how to stage our house. Got as an awesome and creative house warming gift at our new house. (This was during Covid and the lock downs) She had a celebrity chef come and cook us a 5 course meal with wine pairings. Daniela does her homework and frequently puts up videos on her social media that help to inform what the real estate market is doing. We have found this element of her work engaging and informative. She takes the time and money to invest in educating herself on the bigger picture so that she can beat support her clients. The last time we spoke she has just spent her morning attending a workshop on global economics.We renovated the new house and Daniela came to visit and check out the renovation when it was complete. We had a baby the following year and Daniela made the time to drive 30 minutes to our new house to give us a lovely baby shower gift. She’s always stayed in touch and always been available to answer any questions ever since then. Most people have a friend in realty who they hire out of obligation. This time it was the other way around. She started off as our realtor, but her work went so above and beyond our previous experience that we now consider her a friend. Highly recommend Daniela.
