This restaurant has such a nice atmosphere! There is always something going on (dancing, karaoke, open mic etc) and the food is really good and authentic. We love it! The owner is also very kind and welcoming! I specifically recommend trying the tacos, they are all amazing!

Reasonably good food although their forte is obviously their drinks. There were quite slow though completing our orders especially the nachos. Great music and atmosphere even though it is a bit hard on the ears (and trouble hearing conversations at the same time at our table)

This is the first time I eat there but not my first time in. Friday and Saturday night they have live and dj dance music and sometimes karaoke too.People are very friendly and the ghetto atmosphere is very unique and in its own way fun. Tiny place that fills up pretty quickly and get just loud enough for you to enjoy the music and still be able to hear your friends comments.Now about the food; I ordered 2 soft fish tacos and the price was really good at 8 dollars for both. I got the tacos in about 8 to 9 minutes after I ordered them and i am sure mine was the only food order at the time (Sunday evening). Tacos were made to order, fresh and with a very nice unique flavor that I enjoyed and they did look really good; presentation was very tasteful and simple. The only thing wrong i would say is that the chef forgot to add the salt in his dish.....This is a great little place that with time will become a destination for those seeking somewhere less trendy, less fancy, less crowded but somewhat simple and intimate and unnoticeable in a very charming way in this environment of Ottawa and the restaurant bar scene.

I like this place. It's a vibe in itself. The owners always makes good effort to bring in diversity and entertainment. It's very inclusive of cultures and they offer great service. Nonetheless, the food is pretty tasty too. Though they tend to underestimated places alike are great additions to NCR's day and nightlife.

Great food. Live music. Decent prices. Chilled atmosphere. This bar/restaurant is perfect for a relaxed date. They also have one of the cheapest pitchers in town at $12. I came here with my boyfriend last night and ordered a bunch of pork tacos. Holy crap. I'm pretty sure they were the best we've ever had. Very juicy and flavorful. This joint is run by the owners themselves. Which means you get the friendliest service, although not the fastest. But who cares. We had a great time and recommend it.

Service practically absent. Went in for karaoke but after maybe six songs it descended into Mexican dancing, only dancing. Our karaoke host being the most enthusiastic dancer of all, it became very clear that we were outsiders and there would be no further karaoke to be had. Not a welcoming place to the outsider although fascinating place for people watching. Don’t go to this place for karaoke!!!

amazing food, the owner is friendly and always smiling and make sure you are satisfied with the food and the service. would recommend any one who wants to try Latin-American food to go there. Definitely going there again.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way from the airport. We ordered fajitas, jalepeno poppers, and churros. We did not know what to expect but each dish had fresh ingredients and was prepared with skill and care. I will absolutely be back! The service was phenomenal.

Not bad. Service a bit long. A large dinner party here at the same time, although we were her before the bulk arrived. Food was hot when it arrived. Rice was a kinda plain, but the rest of the food was good. Staff seemed pleasant.
