My whole experience being a female and purchasing a car on my own was exceptional from start to finish. All of my questions were answered, I didn’t feel any unnecessary pressure to purchase anything that wasn’t a good fit for me, I felt respected and safe and they were straight up with me and gave me honest answers to my questions. These are authentic people trying to hook you up with a car that is right for YOU. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here and I would recommend this spot to family and friends. We expected the usual used car dealership when we inquired about a used Kia Niro from this place but were pleasantly surprised. You will likely deal with Wayne directly. He has owned this business in downtown Port Hope for 17 years. Before that he was the general manager for Chrysler Peterborough. He seemed a straight shooter to us and a thoroughly trustworthy no BS individual. We ended up not buying from him as we chose a car with more bells and whistles than Wayne had available. We have no hesitation in recommending him. He told us he can also find what you might be looking for as he is widely connected and buys most of his cars on auction.

Picked up a car today from Dale and Wayne. Couldnt be happier. Got a great deal on a trade in and even a few extras thrown in. They went out of their way to make it a good experience on my first car loan. Id say if you need a vehicle and want reliable service give these guys a call!

My aging Honda's key fobs were both not working, and one was literally broken. The Honda dealership told me a new one was $255. My friend recommended I contact Dale at Symon's Auto. I called Dale and he ordered me a brand new key. When the key came in I got my new key, AND he fixed my two existing keys AND he reprogrammed them all for me - so now I have 3 keys! - all for $50 LESS than the dealership wanted for one key! How can you do better than that? Well, as great as the price was, the service level was even better: professional, excellent communication, and very friendly and personal service. Thanks Symon's Auto Sales! Thanks Dale!
