I am really new to the world of sketching and painting. I'm sure I asked the lovely employee lots of dumb questions, but she answered them all. She helped me put together a starting kit of pencils and answered my questions about watercolours. I will definitely be back to this store as the prices were VERY reasonable and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!

These folks really know their stuff and are super helpful. They carry products of excellent quality and they always have a good range, so that I can get a nice set of reasonably priced watercolours for my kids and some of their amazing tubes and pans for myself. They are also being really careful during Covid. They are my favourite for art supplies and I love to shop locally at their store.

Excellent art supply store with lots of quality and varied products. Staff always a pleasure to talk to to and very helpful. Very pleased we have such a resource here in Kingston as we have so many wonderful artists in our area.

Very big with diverse products, prices are a bit high and I have had a few complaints about the quality of some products (the micron pens are what I've had the most issue with, and they've refused to do a refund) and just some of the quality of the paints aren't the best. But as a beginer- intermediate level art store you have some variety.

Very helpful staff, kept my cup of hot coffee safe while I shopped for two items for my studio. In and out in short time, coffee still steaming hot. Prices I found comparable to online and my old go-to store in the US.

Great local Shoppe. Excellent selection and variety. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is well laid out, and fully stocked. Atmosphere is clean and inviting. We always come here for supplies when in the area.
