They call you at 19:00 after a routine purchase only to put you on hold for 25+ minutes? Um... Go elsewhere, not worth the PC points.

If you have a refund from a merchant they will put a hold on the return for at least 3 business days. And terrible customer service. The supervisors can't even take holds off of any money put on the card. Would not recommend
