Was there today & the chicken was really goodWhat I loved the most today, is the great service I got from young gentleman called Benoît.Benoît was professional, helpful & friendly.We should have more employees like Benoît.

I use to buy there , It's usually slow tasting average or not too bad, today was the worst order ever. It was salty at a point. I put 40$ in the trash. Better go to Brossard next time. KFC shoul really change the management

I waited 30 mins at the drive-through, including 10 mins in front of the mic. Since nobody was taking my order, I went to the window and she started to give me attitude and told me that it's not her problem and I should wait next time. After eating the food, I got sick. Never going there again.

This place needs to increase the temperature of the dining area, it was cold doing it this way, which shows that they can serve semi warm food that feels like it is hotTonight was a nightmare, the staff was completely incompetent in doing a good job. The main server was utter rude, she was completely unprofessional in away of trying to instigate full-fledged argument all the while just smiling and laughing. Another KFC that should close it's doors

I have been at this restaurant with my boyfriend since 8:20, mind you there is no one here but me..! I ordered a specific box one minute they do not have certain items ok fine. Then they said they didn’t have the sauce for the burger ..! Ok really u guys close at nine ..! Then they can not switch certain items because they ran out and closing soon because the manager won’t allow..! But the food that isn’t served is to be shot away right..! Then they can not give the box I want because they have to use a specific chicken patty ..! WORST PLACE TO COME AND EAT PFK ..!

This was my first visit to this particular PFK in St. Constant.I could tell you one thing for sure,I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !!I have never, ever tasted such greasy chicken.The grease oozed out from the chicken right through the box and onto the table, leaving quite a bit of grease on.the table.The skin of the chicken was soggy with greaseI have been to other PFK and the chicken was excellent. As a rule, I love the coating on.the skin and the crunch of the skin.But not this time.I would not recommend this particular PFK to anybody !!!

Not a good branch, gives chicken full of oil, and many pieces are very small and contains just skin. I do not recommend to buy from this branch.
