Chabrol Hotel and Suites

Rooms were nice enough. Well worth the cost. The location is only any good because it's close to the airport. Service was excellent, I arrived late and the attendant was very helpful. Also special shoutout to Beatriz who was very patient and answered all my question and went out of her way to help me get to the airport.

I’m Coming from Toronto , it showed on their website EV charger available and when I got there it wasn’t working at all. The charger showed red light flashing that said “maintenance required “ in French.. another EV in the parking lot explained to me while he was also in need of a charge. I asked the front desk and the young man says “ oh well, it was raining yesterday so maybe that’s why”, didn’t even bother to try to solve the issue or even take a note for someone who could… I guess they don’t care about customers needs, a real inconvenience for anybody driving an EV. I also saw a couple of EVs in the parking lot and they were probably victims of false online advertising. What a shame.

Not what it's cut out to be, the service is not that good, would only recommend if your in a pinch. There was a power outage, for 18hours, no emergency lights, total darkness in hallways, no offer of rebate, no emergency lights in the rooms. They are unprepared for a delima.

We stayed in room 228. When you walk into the room it looks very clean and smells clean. Upon investigation we learned that they definitely do not clean their rooms well. I went to put drinks in the mini fridge and when I opened the door there was a half-drank can of something that wasn’t mine. On top of that the right door of the cabinet to the mini fridge had no screws in the top hinge, so the door was basically falling off.In the armour in front of the door, we found a DIRTY towel, a bottle of grey goose that was not mine, and a dirty shopping bag. In and around the bed was very dusty. The room also did not have a fire hydrant. There is a spot for one but they do not have one. There is an option to use an electrical fire place but without the fire extinguisher we decided against it.The far window does not open properly, the hinge on that is broken.We got absolutely shafted for one night and it being $238. Also please be mindful that this crazy place wants a $200 deposit on suites. So on top of the outrageous pricing for a very dingy hotel, we had to hand them $438 to stay ONE night. (I got my deposit back, but still). There are definitely much nicer places to stay for a very similar price, maybe less.

Whoever is looking at photos and thinking this is a good hotel. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's a MOTEL at best. I have never stayed anything, so run down. This place is 10000% scam. It's a MOTEL with a hotel pricetag. The amenities are bad, and the shampoo and conditioner were handfilled and hand packed. The bedsheets had lint on them. They charged for water. The breakfast was very basic with limited choices. We asked for room cleaning and still came back to a dirty room.

I stayed here for 2 days, there were pros and cons:- The room that i booked did not have the exhaust working and the staff asked me to adjust with it. I booked the suite room so it had a open bathroom concept so when u bathe the entire room is of steam since the exhaust isn’t working- They said they have breakfast and the breakfast was just cakes and a bottle of water, i can never have just sweet for my breakfast so hated that- The room was good with good furniture and good interiors- The room i booked had a spa bath but the tub was so dirty, looks like no one cleans.- Room service came on day 2 and cleaned the room except for the tub it still had dirt- The wifi here does not work at allOverall it wasnt great

Stayed one night after attending the Formula 1 weekend. I had a nice stay and can't complain. The location is close to the airport and the rooms were clean enough for me. I didn't eat the breakfast there but Eggsfrutti nearby was excellent. The prices were reasonable (considering everything else in Montreal was either fully booked or inflated). Would recommend if flying out of Montreal.

Room always horrible. They put us in a room on the floor where they were doing room renovations starting at 5:30am. Asked to be moved and they refused. Bathroom was moldy as if it wasn't ever clean after guest. Dust on light fixtures. When explained how dirty the room was upon check out the staff didn't even care or respond. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here unless you don't care about hygiene.

You get what you pay for- Uber to downtown is $26 - somewhat clean, could use a deep scrub. Wifi sucks.
