16th Auto and all team member are truly professional , I'm dealing and using their service since 2008 and i always happy and satisfied from all their service . Mr. Homayun Mobasheri and his all team member care about customer and review what is benefit for the client , they always use original material and they always double confirm with manufacture and original dealership to make sure all parts are match exact number . They are very reasonable on price and before they do anything they will confirm the cost with client . Can't say enough thanks for what do they have done for my Rang rover to inspect , oil change , changing break and also change my tires based on their recommendation . I'm super happy and i can't describe how i feel to drive my car after all these services. I will defiantly recommend them to any one that requires professional service.Thanks 16th Auto Services .

Mohammed is very professional, experienced, and friendly. He takes care of your car like a mother takes care of her children. :-).I had to get wheele bearings replaced, and I had wonderful experience getting my car serviced from 16th Auto Service.Highly recommended.

I went to 16th Auto Service & Tire and I was pleasantly surprised how honest they were about my potential exhaust replacement and helped me saved thousands that I was willing to pay for.They explained that the exhaust rusts out for older cars (especially for 10 years+) happens all the time and it is not really worth replacing unless we plan on keeping the car longer. They also showed me in person within 15 minutes of the appointment to show me exactly what they are seeing. At the end, they advised to not replace it but drive it as is. They didn't charge me a dime of their time which I was willing to pay for an inspection fee anyways. I drove home with the car within an hour of the appointment, not having to spend anything.Even though I have not brought in for service, I would certainly bring it in the next car troubles I would have with confidence. These guys are great and they have been in the business for a while.Bonus: They have a pet turtle in their concierge, which my son really enjoyed playing and asking questions

Decided it was about time I wrote a review. I have been using 16th Auto for over 20 years and very happy with their service.They are straight forward and only suggest work/repairs that are required. They tell you what maybe needed in the future so you know what to expect.I have brought them domestic and foreign cars to repair.They are timely and complete work when promised.Overall they are fair, do good work and reasonably priced.
