Princess Nails

Got my nails done Friday, and the color isn't cured enough starting to come of 2 days later. Very bumpy and uneven on the top of the nails.

Had my nails done there and I loved it! I had Henry and he was the nicest, I will definitely book with him again!

Always so nice and professional! I'm always so happy and relaxed after leaving even just getting my nails done. I love this location.

I’ve been waiting an hour just to remove my nails. No one in line only myself!!!! But guess what. 3 people came after me & went before me. Can I understand?I loved that place until now.Never again.

I recently had shellac polish removed from Princess Nails in Clayton park. They shaved down my nail way to deep which has now made my nail very painful and sensitive.I called the shop and the owner/ or manager told me to buy a nail strengthener at the drug store as he had none in house, and told me to wait 2/3 months for my nail to grow back and to not apply any products during that time.He refused compensation when asked if I could have my service refunded or some type of compensation since he had nothing to offer at the shop that could help alleviate the pain.Poor customer service.

This place is 10/10. The energy is so positive, everyone is super friendly and they do exactly what you ask for! Henry was amazing, I had went in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails and he was able to quote me right away, he also recreated it perfectly! I’ll definitely be going back for a fill. The only downside was a bit of a wait because of how popular they are. Highly recommend!!

Place was so clean and lots of colour selection; technician was so nice but it was obvious that she was fairly new at doing nails - my bio gel nails weren’t exactly what I envisioned (they were mediocre). I’d go back to try again

Princess nails gets its popularity from being a walk in salon and is pretty convenient for clients. I always get my eyebrows and upper lips waxed and I have tried Sephora and other salons. Today at this salon, an aesthetician with big nails was racing to get my brow and lip wax done. She put thick layers of hot wax and I felt burnt, when I told her very politely, she replied with an attitude that this was the temperature they set for everyone and she had three clients before me who never said anything. She was rushing for some reason and asked me if it was my first time getting this done! No, dear I have been doing it for years!!! She walked out after finishing and at my politest best, after paying 15 percent tip, when I told the manager, he looked unfazed. The aesthetician told me in the room that, “It’s okay”! The manager said the same thing, “It’s okay”!What was okay, a little burn on my skin??I still paid the tip because l don’t want them to say that immigrants do not give tips and do all this to avoid tips.I felt bad.. Poor and unhygienic service and high prices. Head shoppe is way better and value for money!!

These nails were done 4 days ago and started chipping the day I got them several hours after. The retention has grown out quite quickly and the base acrylic coat is starting to discolour. I often come to this location frequently for my nails and their services and results are typically very well done. Not impressed!

Anytime I get my nails done here they’re great!! They’re always fast and friendly! Highly recommend!!
