Nathan is the most patient and knowledgable 3d printing person I have encountered in a very long time. I have had many chats, and video sessions with him over the past few months and he is always quick to respond, ready with an answer and if he doesn't know what you are asking he will research and get back to you. It is hard to find this level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction these days. I would definitely recommend any products and services Nate offers and my friends are already keeping him busy. Amazing work!!

Wanted to 3D print a simple cup holder. Sent CAD file and was quoted a reasonable price. Owner had some delays of a personal nature, which I sympathized with. But after over 1 month of being patient, and gently reminding him each time several days after his promised “delivery” day, owner now chooses to cancel and refund my order. If they can’t handle a simple 3D print job, they should not advertise that they do so, let alone quote and accept orders, and keep giving moving dates when it will be done. Will be looking to another company to print my $13 cup holder. Ridiculous.
