Food was cold. English muffin was at least a day old, tea was not correct with the order. Try another Timmie's.

I love this outlet of Tim Hortons. Foods are served with TH quality. The signature coffee of TH is undoubtedly a refreshing drink.The staff’s are so friendly and cooperative. Recommend for the people who love simple coffee with wrap or sandwich!15 December 2020:We had one coffee and timbit. It was horrible. The timing did not taste fresh and the coffee was not the same as I had from another Tim Horton branch.The washroom condition was more horrible. It was not clean. The smell was horrible, I could not breathe inside!!

Was very slow because of the Covid-19. Customers weren't respecting the signs, but the employees didn't do anything. The stickers on the floor indicating to wait at that spot weren't spread out in the most efficient way (they were fanned out from the door. It wasn't like a line, you couldn't tell who was there first. And there was a sticker right at the door)

The service is very slow, its always missing so much stuff, the employe doesnt look like they care much about what they do. The employe can be rude sometime to the customer. The place is not clean at all. Sometime i have to wait more then 5 minutes at the front before someone come serve me, most of the time their is noone at the front at all. I usualy go in the evening. During the day the service is a bit better. I just go there for a drink. I dont take food anymore because its always missing stuff or they just dont have it anymore.

I asked for an ice coffee, the lady went in the back for a few minutes, then came out with a hot coffee with ice cubes at the top, I'm pretty sure that's not how you do that, lol

this store is showing open 24 hrs but it was close when i arrive there, m truck driver. there was two people,one of them was men and second was lady. The boy abused me on the window, i see how they talk with customers, but the lady was so polite and helped me by the coffee. i want manager or supervisor should take action for that boy who abused me at the moment, Time was - 10:50 pm 5 june 2021
