Freeze Athletics + Fitness Kamloops

We had our daughters sixth birthday at Freeze Athletics. What a great venue! We had an hour and forty-five minutes. The first hour was the girls getting a fun gymnastics/cheer lesson. Lots laughter and running and jumping. After the fun we had the mezzanine already set up for a quick snack, cake, and presents and out the door.The woman were great with the kids and organized.We highly recommend. We booked about eight weeks in advance FYI.

Great space for a big bday party! All of the kids had so much fun!

Excellent venue for our 6 year olds birthday party. The ladies who run Freeze accommodated us on short notice. Their COVID policies and cleaning where fabulous and we all felt very safe, cared for and comfortable. The instructor kept all 10 kids GOING for an hour straight!! And they take care of all the cleaning up once you've packed everyone up from their loft party space. My daughter exclaimed as I tucked her into bed last night, best birthday EVER". Can not recommend enough!!"

Held a birthday party for our 5 year daughter and twin 3 year old boys. We had kids from 3 to 12 years old and they all had a great time. The staff went out of their way to ensure all the kids felt included and comfortable. Tons of space upstairs for cake, presents and games afterwards. This was the most affordable and fun party especially for a large group of kids!

I have been a member with Sabrina since October 2019 and made the move to Freeze Athletics with her! I absolutely love the facility the bouncy floors are forgiving and easy on my body when I jump, lunge, lift and move!As amazing as the facility is the community is what keeps me coming back - the group of like minded women I've discovered at Freeze are second to none. You will feel encouraged, supported and unstoppable when you workout with these ladies!Yet another bonus is the incredible variety of classes from kickboxing to Strong to step to strength circuits and personal training sessions. Sabrina also offers fun themed activities like Army bootcamp and Zumba party in pink! I've also gone hiking with these ladies as the community absolutely extends beyond the facility and the classes.As a mom of two young kids I am SO grateful that children are welcome at workouts. My daughter Sloane (4) has been my sidekick since I started - her favourite part of class is getting to give Sabrina a big hug when she sees her! My son Grant (7) has also tagged along with us a few times when not in school. I have never felt that having my kids with me is an issue - in fact I'm so grateful for the opportunity for them to see me and other women putting our health first. It has been especially meaningful to me to expose my daughter to all these strong, empowering women.Last, but certainly not least - I enrolled Sloane in tumbling with Freeze in September and she can't get enough. Her favourite day is Tuesday when she gets to tumble with Coach Dayle! And BONUS for me is Sloane does her class at the same time I train ... so needless to say Tuesday has definitely become our favourite day of the week!As a trainer Sabrina is inspiring, supportive and just an all around AMAZING human being - that I feel blessed to call my friend. My daughter just had her birthday party here and it was amazing. Her and her friends loved the activities and I loved the low stress planning and organizing! It was so great, we’ve already planned to do her party here again next year!!

We had a great time celebrating my daughters 4th birthday! The coaches lead the kids, the party set up space was great to work with, and the process was easy and the directions were clear. Thanks Freeze for making birthday parties easier and cleaner for us!

We had my sons birthday at Freezs and all the kids and parents loved it!! Perfect place for a birthday party with the viewing area to watch the kids.We are lucky to have a place like this in Kamloops

We recently had my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Freeze and she had a blast! We had one hour of fun and games then 45 minutes to have lunch, cake and presents. The staff were so kind and fun! Thank you for such a fun and stress free event! Highly recommend!

I love the fitness classes at Freeze Athletics! There's a big variety of class types and times. Each class is approachable for a beginner looking to learn the basics, or someone experienced looking for a challenge! Kickboxing classes are my favourite :) Sabrina is a fantastic leader and role model, reminding everyone that working out should be fun first. When combined with the positive atmosphere of the cheer/tumbling side, there's something for everyone.
