Great store but out of stock of certain products. My issue was somewhat resolved.

I came in for help setting up the new phones I ordered online. Jerin and Conner were exceptionally helpful and professional. I appreciated their patience and expertise.

Connor, who works at this location, helped me with a fairly complicated upgrade, followed by an unexpected return. You could hardly find a more knowledgeable, patient, and warm person to help you with your Bell issues. 10/10 highly recommend.

Wish I could leave less than one starEvery single time I've dealt with Bell I'm stuck on the phone for 2 hours or more. This last time was 4 hours, and our internet still isn't working. In store customer service is delightful to deal with. Give em a call and it's the most atrocious customer service I've ever dealt with.

Switching over to a new phone. I did my homework. I checked with Costco. I checked with Virgin etc. And although they offered certain perks, I still decided to go with the Bell outlet located on Regent Street. The sales associate Jerin was very very helpful. He took all the time that was needed for me to feel comfortable with the new phone. He also patiently transferred all the information from the old to the new. When I left the store I felt very confident with my new phone and it was all thanks to him. I would highly recommend that if you are choosing a new phone that you go to this outlet and ask for his help. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel comfortable and competent. A valued employee to be sure.

Absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had. The representative who assisted me, Jerin, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and overall the gold standard for customer service. I left the store feeling informed and very happy with my purchase, which is often not the case in the tec industry. If you are looking for any services provided by Bell and are in the Sudbury area GO HERE! You won’t regret it, I know I will be a repeat customer.

What amazing service I had the two guys went above and beyond for me .... very polite n they knew there stuff ... Bell on Regent will be my to go place !!! Hats off to them !!!!!
