Secure and at ease is how we feel. Their name says it all. Katie was great. Irena was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Chris and Ro came to install everything. They were polite and professional they went through all the functions and features of our new system thoroughly. Chris even noticed a glass shade on our light was loose and fixed it, that is service! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch security system for their home or business. Outstanding service!

I have to note how your incredible your installation engineer Kris was yesterday, he provided the very best experience in customer service I have ever had the pleasure of, his care and attention to detail is phenomenal, combined with the fantastic sales service from Irena I highly recommend Secure at Ease without any hesitation.

These guys are the best! I use them for my security and cameras, and they provide quality equipment at a fair price. They will tailor what you need for your specific situation, they do not up-sell. Their service is top notch, I will only use them!

We dealt with Secure At Ease in 2006 when they installed our first security system and they are great people. Secure At Ease staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. They offer great pricing and their installers are skilled and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to protect their home and business to use this company. I’ve used other companies in the past, however, they don’t measure up to Secure At Ease in terms of service and knowledge. I now have 3 of my properties secured with them. Thank you Secure At Ease.

The whole experience was easier than anticipated! We received a fair quote after a thorough and informative site visit from Irena. Irena was sensitive to our type of business and made great suggestions for what we needed. Installation was efficient and well thought out. Chris and the other technician on site were so polite, knowledgeable and eager to educate our associates. Katie is a GEM. Any questions that have come up since the installation, Katie has got me the answer in a quick and friendly manner. Very impressed with the quality of cameras, the ease of the app and the whole team at Secure At Ease.

As an IT veteran myself, these guys are top notch! From the sales rep to the install crew they were amazing. Irena was super detailed in reviewing our requirements (residential data cabling and wired cameras) up front and Chris and crew were professional and efficient on the job. They booked three days but only required two days. Would highly recommend.

Dealing in the past with two companies which installed the cameras on my property, I need to say that Secure At Ease is the best. They did not only set up the new cameras but also fixed the mistakes made by previous companies. Their professionalism and care of their clients is second to none.
