Honestly a bunch of thieves. I’ve been working with cars my entire life and when I heard from a young guy that went here that he was quoted 1500$ for tie rod ends and ball joints I knew they were crooks. 1500 for a 3 hour job requiring some of the cheapest parts in the industry? Don’t go here they will take advantage of you for sure if they feel like they can.

Went in to get a new tire and was also able to sneak in an oil change. Super friendly staff and very communicative! As soon as my truck was done I knew to go pick it up and was over the moon to see that they washed it for me as well! Amazing team and amazing service! 10/10 would recommend!

Was a very cold welcome when I came in through the door and very poor customer service. Not much interaction was done other than requesting my keys. I noticed when male customers came in a bit more customer service was provided. My tire had a leak and when I left they didn't fill it up to where it should have been so I had to make a seperate stop to top it up with air.

Once again , OK Tire Rutland saves the day !! These guys are truly the best!!!..As a long time customer ( about 15 years)they always go above and beyond to ensure I'm safely on the road...I work remotely in the woods and often when in town , need something looked at Asap...they always do their best to slide me in and make sure I'm good to go ..Nicest staff, Awesome Mechanics , Friendly management....What more can you ask for ...Thx guys <3

One of my wheel studs broke when I was getting my tires balanced. They operated like a well oiled Machine, ordered a stud and got it installed right away. 5 stars for this location

I was getting my car ready for the long weekend and noticed a nail in the passenger rear tire. I reached out to Ken B and he said swing by. 15 mins later i was back on the road... cheers to Ken and the Team at OK-T Springfield !!!
